The image shows a news item about the deterioration of the city's roads due to the transit of wheeled vehicles, therefore according to the agreement, the passage through the streets of vehicles called fixed or spring-loaded carts is prohibited, and the transit of yoke-type carts without springs is also prohibited through the streets and streets declared public roads of the municipality and through the other streets, the carts and carriages that circulate today may continue to circulate. La imagen muestra una noticia sobre de que el deterioro de las vías de la ciudad es debido al tránsito de los vehículos de ruedas, por ello según el acuerdo, se prohíbe el paso por las calles de los vehículos llamados carros fijos o de resorte, igual se prohíbe el tránsito de carros de yunta sin resorte por las calles y carreras declaradas vías públicas del municipio y por las demás calles, podrán seguir transitando los carros y carruajes que hoy circulan.
