The image presents a news item about: "On the occasion of the resolution issued by the government of Cundinamarca, on November 27, ordering the removal from the direct tax cadastre of the house publicly consecrated in this city to the worship of the Presbyterian church, and in which was declared that the government welcomed the establishment of other Christian sects born from the great religious revolution of the 16th century in front of the dominant cult of the Catholic Church, so that it could become effective, with the support of the customs, the constitutional guarantee of perfect freedom of conscience in religious matters." La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" Con motivo de la resolución dictada por el gobierno de Cundinamarca, en 27 de Noviembre ultimo, mandando eliminar del catastro del impuesto directo la casa públicamente consagrada en esta cuidad al culto de la iglesia presbiteriana, y en la cual se declaro que el gobierno veía con gusto el que se estableciera enfrente del culto dominante de la iglesia católica el de las otras sectas cristianas nacidas de la gran revolución religiosa del siglo XVI , para que llegara a ser efectiva , con el apoyo de las costumbres, la garantía constitucional de la perfecta libertad de conciencia en materias religiosas ".
