| dc.description | Esta tesis presenta el desarrollo de un sistema de gestión web diseñado para facilitar la carga, revisión y seguimiento de proyectos y propuestas de pregrado finalizados en la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. El proceso actual es mayoritariamente manual y depende de múltiples canales de comunicación, lo que a menudo genera pérdida de información, retrasos en la retroalimentación e ineficiencias en el seguimiento académico. El sistema propuesto permite a los estudiantes registrar su proyecto, cargar versiones de los documentos y recibir comentarios y evaluaciones de tutores y jurados. También proporciona módulos para que los supervisores gestionen usuarios y supervisen el proceso general. La plataforma incluye funciones como notificaciones, calificación, control de versiones de documentos y herramientas de comunicación directa. El desarrollo siguió metodologías ágiles, en particular SCRUM, y se implementó utilizando tecnologías web modernas. La solución busca mejorar la eficiencia del proceso académico, aumentar la trazabilidad y optimizar la experiencia del usuario para todos los involucrados en el flujo de trabajo del proyecto de grado. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis presents the development of a web-based management system designed to support the upload, review, and follow-up of completed undergraduate projects and proposals at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. The current process is mostly manual and relies on multiple communication channels, which often leads to information loss, delays in feedback, and inefficiencies in academic tracking. The proposed system allows students to register their project, upload document versions, and receive comments and evaluations from tutors and jurors. It also provides modules for supervisors to manage users and monitor the overall process. The platform includes features such as notifications, grading, document version control, and direct communication tools. The development followed agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, and was implemented using modern web technologies. The solution aims to improve academic process efficiency, increase traceability, and enhance the user experience for all stakeholders involved in the graduation project workflow. | |
