The image contains news about the celebrations of July 20, where a concert will be held at the University to select the national anthem. The importance of the anthem reflecting elevation of identity, patriotic expression and vigor in thought is highlighted. It is suggested that the literary part be spontaneous and firm in rhyme, while the musical part should be in accordance with the national sentiment, easy to execute and simple for the public ear. We are looking for a simple, funny, manly and elegant song that inspires the title of NATIONAL ANTHEM.

La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de las celebraciones del 20 de julio, allí se llevará a cabo un concierto en la Universidad para seleccionar el himno nacional. Se destaca la importancia de que el himno refleje elevación de la identidad, expresión patriótica y vigor en el pensamiento. Se sugiere que la parte literaria sea espontánea y firme en la rima, mientras que la musical debe ser acorde al sentimiento nacional, fácil de ejecutar y sencilla para el oído público. Se busca un canto sencillo, gracioso, varonil y elegante que inspire el título de HIMNO NACIONAL.
