Desarrollo de un Plan Piloto a Través de las Tic’s que Permita dar Solución a Necesidades de Familias de Bajos Recursos Económicos de la Localidad de Ciudad Bolívar

Abstract

This article describes the socio-economic and cultural picture of twenty families in the neighborhoods of El Eden, located in the UPZ El Lucero; Potosi and San Rafael of UPZ Jerusalén; and La Cumbre, Naciones Unidas, 8 de Diciembre and El Tesoro of the homonymous UPZs of the locality of Ciudad Bolivar, analyzing their particular basic needs and their context in the sector, proposing five alternatives of solution and implementing and giving solution to a concrete necessity through a prototype of illumination, which, its power source is solar energy, consists of three LED light bulbs with remote control domotic through an application Android. The Mahecha Pérez family was chosen because they do not have electricity service and they also have an elderly adult in a disability condition that depends 100% of his family and his illness prevents him from doing daily activities such as getting up and is assisted by Oxygen for 24 hours a day, with energy extracted illegally from the light pole.
