Abstract

This internship work consisted mainly in the identification of the problems that the logistics process of warehouse management had in the company Inemflex SAS through tools such as method and time engineering and interviews with workers and managers, among others. identified these shortcomings among which include the loss of time, the lack of reliability of information and the lack of standardization of processes, proceeded to design and explain in detail a proposal for improvement whose objective was the mitigation or elimination of problems identified.
