Abstract
El presente documento, presenta el diagnóstico del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo realizado a la empresa prestadora de servicios de salud Evaluá salud S.A.S. lo anterior basado en la evaluación de estándares mínimos de acuerdo al decreto 1111 de 2017, Posteriormente mediante la aplicación de la matriz GTC 45 se identifican peligros, evalúan y valoran los riesgos lo anterior con el objetivo de proponer medidas de control de acuerdo a la priorización de los riesgos.
Abstract
The present document, presents the diagnosis of the system of management of health and safety in the work done to the company that provides health services Evaluá S.A.S. the foregoing based on the evaluation of minimum standards according to decree 1111 of 2017, Subsequently, through the application of the GTC 45 matrix, hazards are identified, evaluated and assessed for the above with the objective of proposing control measures according to the prioritization of risks.
