Abstract
This work presented a line of research in the teaching of sciences oriented towards the construction of scientific knowledge, and the explanation of natural elements. He contributed to the teaching and learning of angiosperms with second, fourth and fifth elementary students of the rural school "Mesitas de caballero" belonging to the IED Carlos Giraldo of the municipality of Anolaima Cundinamarca; Where different pedagogical strategies were used to create a didactic unit within the framework of the Educational Action Research (IAE) approach that was adapted to the needs of the population, designed through a diagnosis of previous ideas and a socioeconomic categorization of students; Jointly articulated the action research participation in the approach of social pedagogical cartography (CSP) as a strategy that allowed to recognize the territory graphically, later to make tours in the school and the sidewalk that allowed the children to interact with the biological diversity of angiosperms participating actively , And thus build an inventory of representative plants which are part of the creation of a digital herbarium, which favored the appropriation and conservation of plant diversity and territory.
