Abstract
The applications generated from the remote sensors are growing up in an accelerated way, due to fast forward of technology in the field science. In the urban context is important the generation of new applications that allow the solution of visible needs for the society, that´s the reason why this project has as principal objective the detection of Potholes and Holes in a road using very high-resolution images implementing GEOIBA methodologies. The project begins with the dates capture direct in the city, this phase is looking for getting and very high GSD, that allows the object detection in detail. This information is processed through an algorithm, which segment and classify based on geometry attribute, thematic attribute, spectral attribute and Fuzzy Logic. Finally, the result of the process is a Methodology which allows detect potholes and holes in a road.
