Implementación de una plataforma web y una aplicación android para el conocimiento y calificación de la gestión del Congreso

Abstract

The lack of interactive tools on the network dedicated to knowledge management and qualification of Congress, preclude the profile and management of each of the congressmen it can be evaluated by citizens. Because of this problem, the creation of a web platform and an android application with the following characteristics arises: graphically simple, summary information and buttons interactive user interaction, to qualify the management of each congressman. The solution has at its core a database which is filled with information obtained through the creation of an interface to an API already available and creating an android app to get the information each user view.
