Abstract
Eduardo Galeano defines utopia as a goal that moves away two steps each time one is taken. Initial training provides pedagogy students with skills to cripple the utopia of training children and young people in changing scenarios, where technological development imposes on a daily basis the need to transform both learning and interaction. This allows so, within the educational context, teacher skills are required to meet the challenges of advancing. Under that premise, this research starts from the question: Can an educational community self-manage its training for the strengthening of digital competence? It is a question that it aims to be solved by designing and implementing an literacy plan information linking teachers from Institución Educativa Compartir Suba (I.E.C.S.) for the implementation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the pedagogical proposal of 2020 project.
