Abstract
The use of ICT is one of the highlights of this era. The implementation of digital platforms and other computer tools have generated another form of communication between people; hence, the constitution of social networks as an essential instrument for communication between men and women in any context, that share the same objective or interest, and that having a common criterion opens the way to the concept of collaborative work. This is how social networks can become a key tool in the educational field, facilitating communication and generating better academic results. Therefore, our interest in analyzing the use of social networks as a communication tool in the teacher-student relationship in the I.E.D. Tom Adams
