Abstract

This document describes the development of an application capable of improving internal processes of supervision and monitoring of entrepreneurs into the District University's intervener to FONADE projects, all this using light and agile technologies that guarantee the availability of the application in any place from any device with internet access. For this purpose, the SCRUM agile development methodology was used.
