Abstract
El documento presenta el proceso investigativo autorreferencial realizado por tres estudiantes de la Especialización, a través del cual se buscó un fortalecimiento emocional y afectivo a partir del análisis de su ciclo ovárico. La metodología para alcanzar dicho objetivo se realizó por medio de cuatro laboratorios matrísticos que propiciaron experiencias emocionales y afectivas. En uno de los laboratorios se diseñó el instrumento de autoobservación y seguimiento del ciclo menstrual denominado diario menstrual, que introduce a las sujetas en la observación y registro de sus fases ováricas a la luz de sus afectaciones emocionales. La investigación permite extraer diferentes aportes al campo de conocimiento del desarrollo afectivo y emocional en las mujeres y, su incidencia en el cuerpo y la producción de sentidos en torno a la salud y bienestar de las mujeres en la cultura y la sociedad.
Abstract
The document presents the self-referential research process conducted by three students of the Specialization, an emotional and affective strengthening was sought from the analysis of their ovarian cycle. The methodology for achieving this goal was carried out through four laboratories that fostered emotional and affective experiences. In one of the laboratories was designed the instrument of self-observation and monitoring of the menstrual cycle called menstrual diary, that introduces those subject to the observation and recording of their ovarian phases in the light of their emotional affectations. Research makes it possible to draw different contributions to the field of knowledge of affective and emotional development in women and, their impact on the body and the production of senses around the health and well-being of women in culture and society.
