Abstract
Currently, there are a large number of technological solutions for most needs of the economic sectors. In the case of environmental monitoring, the optimization of time, the delivery of more elaborate results and guaranteeing the traceability and integrity of the data within the process is of vital importance for companies. Given these needs, the purpose arose to find which are the best technological tools that facilitate and optimize the collection, analysis and visualization over time of the physicochemical and microbiological parameters evaluated in the environmental samples of the water resource in Colombia. Thus, through an agile methodology with the application of a reuse model, a functional prototype was developed, consisting of a data collector that transfers its captures to a server, from which a geographic web viewer accesses the information and renders it spatially, with functionalities of time series analysis of the parameters, as well as environmental indicators of quality and contamination.
