For this case study, a documentary review was carried out, as well as the design and implementation of surveys, workshops and observation of the community actors - transition children, families and teachers - of a private kindergarten located in the Kennedy locality of the city of Bogotá, in order to understand and analyze the particular dynamics of interaction, discourses and experiences around literature and children's participation, making visible the close relationship between these two variables in the educational experiences of children and girls and pedagogical practices.
It becomes evident from this study, there may be some pedagogical practices distant from official discourses, the governing activities are a possibility of integral development for children, therefore it is essential to continue with this empowerment in play, art, literature and exploration of the environment, in public and private educational contexts.
