Abstract
Fosca en Cundinamarca is a municipality located in the east province, 62 km away from Bogota, presenting a huge deficit in access to information and communication technologies, and a significant delay in terms of education. The coverage of public services is not adequate for a cultural and social development, since it limits the community and its education. Therefore, this project is proposed, which consists on evaluating the feasibility of implementing a mobile station of technological services, based in the use of a clean and renewable energy such as: photovoltaic solar energy.
