Abstract

Having spent about 38% of the active time of my life in an urban bus with thousands of other citizens, I have become a territorial researcher formed from the arts. Therefore, I place this project from that place we formed when we vacated the architecture of the city to squeeze ourselves into an urban vehicle, with our eyes on the windows as the only corporal escape. Between eternal traffic jams and busy avenues, collective paths are undertaken increasingly outrageous on the roads of Bogotá, from them opens this research that addresses the possibility of designing a specific territorial systematization that recognizes models other than those posed by the hegemonic city canons or business harassment of urban mobility, and from the perspective of the arts generate contributions and reflections especially urban managers capable of promoting a more human and sustainable city. Starting from the drawing and the line as the main method of inquiry, this research follows a daily trajectory that becomes a line reteined from the action of a population that from the window's view is available again and again to extensive lessons on territorial development from Bogota. Thus, the bus has become the most accurate museological space of daily life and through its itinerant curatorial line, it has framed one and a thousand opposing types to be made to a territory in Bogotá. Innumerable popular houses of self-construction appear more frequently on the streets and their ingenuity developed from other knowledge and sensibilities, extend to the pair of a city dotted by diversity, armed conflict and its intention to be the great capital.
