Abstract
The need arose to organize, complement and refine the information of the projects that were intervened by the EAAB (Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá), for the property acquisition; In this way the way to unify the bases arises, which contains the property information in all its areas, both documentary and technical, legal and social within a geographical framework, this is necessary for your query to be more effective and punctual. For the methodological development within the present project, there was specific information for updating, modifying and debugging the different documentary and geographic databases, such as the SGP (Sistema de Gestión Predial) and SIGUE (Sistema de Información Geográfico Unificado Empresarial), for this the review of these was done to give a continuous improvement of the storage of the information of the properties intervened by the for the property acquisition. Which will allow to establish the mode, state and type of acquisition of the property. The result of these joint processes were hosted in the SIGUE, which is a geographical complement where polygonal adjustments were made, and geographical validations were carried out using thematic software associated with the databases provided by the company, the loading and complementation was carried out of the information of the properties that the EAAB intervened in the attributes of the technical, social and legal part for a greater veracity and precision in the quality of the information that are assigned in the SIGUE and in the SGP. This project was a pilot plan that allowed the EAAB to have organization and debugging of the databases in each of the projects where the property is acquired, for the different works executed by the company, such as: interceptors, collectors, streams, canalizations, environmental plans and adaptations of aqueduct and sewerage.
