Abstract

The purpose of this project is to develop a prototype of a mobile application that allows authentication of notarial documents by android cell phones. The prototype allows the connection through the web service with the National Registry of Civil Status and with the database of notaries, to send the document and the corresponding fingerprint information to validate the identity of the users of the application.
