Abstract

When we speak of a hydrographic basin, reference is made to "the area of ​​surface or underground water that discharges into a natural hydrographic network with one or more natural channels, of continuous or intermittent flow, which converge in a greater course which, in turn, can lead to in a main river, in a natural reservoir of water, in a swamp or directly in the sea "(Decree 1640 of 2012), The update and adjustment of the POMCA (Management Plan and Management of a Basin) of the Rio Negro, identified as Underwater area with the code SZH - 2306 (hydrographic zoning of the hydrology institute), carries out this process from the CAR (Corporaccion Autonoma Regional de Cundinamarca), through the management of environmental and territorial management (DGOAT), which is looking to do this is to be able to perform a proper planning of the use and management of natural resources, and take advantage of each of these resources at a social and economic level. mico; The objective of this internship project is to give support in the process of creation, adjustment, organization of the necessary and required cartographic products in the Diagnosis phase of the POMCA of Rio Negro, such as: base cartography, geology and hydrogeology, this in joint work and with the support of the professionals in charge in each area or theme, following the guidelines given in the Technical Guide for the Formulation and / or Adjustment of POMCA given by the Ministry of Environment and Development, thus obtaining a final product, structured and ready for use, analysis and study.
