Abstract
This research aimed to describe the way how the right to leisure time, recreation and sport of children through of project 40 for 40, during 2012-2015 in Bogotá, D. C, materialized. The study started in a qualitative research of documental view from the identification and analysis of documentals resources such as management reports, and no-official documents like news registered in newspapers and magazines that circulate massively in our country, to describe how the project 40 hours for 40 materialize the right of children to leisure time, recreation and sport. The methodology was conducted in two stages: At first the information was in the official and no-official documents collected. In this process organized and systematized information card index box grilles about of the bibliographic developed. In a second stage, elaborated documental files. The relevant documents were chosen to develop Abstracting Study (RAE), which in a documental research play a dual role: The first to organize and systematize information allowing to stablish some categories analysis and the second performing an analytical reading of the selected documents. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations some generalizations about the topic investigated are made.
