The present project is framed in the research problem identification related with the environmental territorial and water resource management in the Medio Sumapaz River microbasin. A phenomenon which has been presented in several microbasins and it is attached to development, but in the microbasin object of study it had been result of several decision administrative making processes in occasions aparted of the territorial realities and with unknowledge of the bounders beyond of the administrative political limits
