For this purpose it was decided to create and feed the CEM 2.0 standard for the correct cataloging of the metadata since it found that there was no defined standard in the country to catalog the REDA. Each educational institution used the one that best suited their needs, therefore the standard was worked on using the IEEE 1484.12.3 standard as a reference framework; 2005 (LOM) emphasizing mainly in the educational fields. A national REDA repository was developed and implemented which would be responsible for hosting the NETWORKS cataloged under this new standard. A standard repository was developed for the educational institutions that accepted the strategy, to host the REDA cataloged by the institution and were the object of collection, search and recovery. An application in Java programming language was developed to catalog the REDA according to the CEM 2.0 standard. Those documents are loaded in the payment banking platform, to be processed and paid, once processed those files generates a response of the transaction’s effectiveness, response that is generated in flat files that can be altered, generating vulnerability in front of the fraud risks of the pay sheet. In order to assess the vulnerabilities of payroll fraud risks, internal audit processes are carried out four times a year, in search of the continuous improvement of payroll information security processes. The Head of Human Resources based on the recommendations given by the audit area, states that they must define a security process that guides the reliability and veracity of all information in the area. (CISA), more specifically the Technology Management since TIC’s are directly involved with the overall management of the company and therefore should be subject to guidelines, norms and standards that are aligned with organizational policies. It will start making a comparative analysis of technology, standards and techniques that standardize processes IT audit today, taking as reference some methodological aspects of COBIT combined with audit methodologies seen in class for execution later to make a study of environment audit, which will identify the structures and fundamental processes of Central de Inversiones S.A., as well as a complete view of the Unit of Information Technology and point out an audit program based on the current situation. Subsequently an appropriate strategy audit to determine the status of processes, identify risks of greater impact to the business will be defined; and finally issue a report to determine whether each of the IT processes collaborate effectively with the achievement of corporate goals, specifying a set of recommendations based on the results obtained. To counteract this, the development of a mobile application prototype has been proposed to bring the library closer to its real and potential users, thus benefiting the university community and the library itself. To achieve this purpose, a study was carried out to determine the main informational needs of the university community that can be met through mobile platforms, and how they are related to the services offered by the university library. After that, the functional and technical requirements required to achieve the functionalities that were established as priorities were established based on the inquiry developed among the users of the university library, with which the following steps were oriented. Through the technical and functional requirements, the definition of the components of the mobile application for university libraries was achieved, with which it was possible to continue with the simulation of a prototype of the application. Currently the company Atento Colombia SA has eight processes which manage the services inside the company, so that the procedures are performed in a way that meets customer satisfaction, one of these processes is known as Technology Management , the IT area to ensure that services are always available, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the information as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of the services. Increasing competitiveness within business organizations, in addition to the more demanding demands of customers, demands to provide services and / or products with greater speed and reliability, forcing the maintenance of daily operations in an uninterrupted manner, with the capacity to reestablish IT operations in the event of an incident and / or disaster that adversely affects key business processes in order to maintain or improve the competitive position generating new business with the demands of the market.
