Ítem Desarrollo de la actividad avaluatoria como apoyo en el postconflicto colombiano, con aplicabilidad en el Plan Parcial n° 7 – El Rancho, del plan de ordenamiento zonal del norte “Ciudad Lagos de Torca”, de la localidad de Suba en Bogotá D.C.Baquero López, Yeimi Alejandra; Cadena Ortíz, Edisson Eduardo; Pérez Carvajal, Edwin RobertThis project aims to demonstrate the importance of the role of the appraiser in the post-conflict scenario that Colombia is experiencing, and taking into account the migration that is currently occurring to the large capitals of the country, and as a result of the armed conflict, through an urban planning proposal applied in the 7th Partial Plan "El Rancho", contained in the North POZ "Ciudad Lagos de Torca", based on the concept of value and the urbanization of land that can be developed, which will generate a solid economy for their residents and better living conditions than they had previously, an aspect that will be the basis for lasting peace. The present project also aims to demonstrate the importance of the appraiser's exercise, taking into account that the Partial Plans contained in this POZ are delimited, but not regulated, pretending that we are the promoters of an urban development proposal for the 7th Partial Plan "El Rancho" of the North POZ "Ciudad Lagos de Torca".
