Comportamiento del mercado inmobiliario de los centros comerciales en Bogotá D.C.

The present research project was carried out within the GIGA Research Group of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, and as principal investigator of the teacher Hernando Acuña Carvajal, who accompanied the process from his professional experience. The project included a multitemporal study of the commercial centers of the city of Bogotá DC, a study that included the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 validity periods based on the information provided by UAECD and the research and analysis of field work carried out by the students of the Seminary of real estate administration under the tutorship of the professor of plant Hernando Acuña Carvajal and, the data bases of the four mentioned years which include all the properties of the city of Bogotá D.C. It was then tried to generate statistics of constructive densities of shopping centers in the city and its current real estate market.
