The objective of this plan is to disseminate the activities and results of the Acacia CADEP both internally and externally. It includes comprehensive communication techniques aimed at providing participants with new opportunities. It stresses the importance of media relations to keep citizens informed about communication, culture, education and science. The procedures for internal and external articulation, including interaction with other external instances and entities, are described in this protocol. In addition, it focuses on the creation and adaptation of accessible content, technological innovation and the promotion of inclusive learning environments. The document examines general concepts of disability and accessibility, as well as principles of universal design. It also provides specific guidelines for the adaptation of spaces and furniture in university environments. To ensure the inclusion and autonomy of people with disabilities, the principles of accessibility in infrastructures, signage, pedestrian routes and laboratories are highlighted. In addition, relevant international and local regulations are cited, as well as a glossary of terms. It serves as a tool for the university community, as well as planners and designers. This manual describes the conceptualization, structure and design of the laboratories of Acacia's Care and Development Centers for Professional Excellence (CADEP). It emphasizes the importance of advanced technologies and innovative resources for education and focuses on ensuring that university laboratories are inclusive, accessible and of high quality. The manual describes general principles and standards for universal and specific laboratory design, as well as the use of technologies such as modular structures and wayfinding. The graphic adjustment is proposed after the need for change in its construction, these needs and improvements will be reflected throughout this manual. On the other hand, it has also been required the design of 3 logos that are a derivation of the brand and that keep the same structure, since at present there is no image that corresponds to each CADEP Acacia. The correct application of the rules contained in this corporate identity manual will be the exclusive responsibility of those persons and services that are responsible, to a greater or lesser extent, for the institutional communication of the CADEP Acacia Network at all levels, both internally and externally. In order to facilitate this task and to guarantee the correct use of any element described in the manual, this document will remain at the permanent disposal of the user responsible for institutional communication. This protocol establishes the structural and management components necessary for the evaluation of the Acacia CADEP, as well as a sequence of activities, responsibilities and other important elements for the periodic monitoring of the implementation of its global and modular action plans. Using tools such as the Balanced Scorecard, the protocol focuses on continuous improvement and sustainability. In addition, it emphasizes that monitoring and measuring results, as well as implementing corrective and improvement actions, are crucial to ensure compliance with strategic objectives and improve the quality of management. In addition, the protocol provides precise guidelines.
