Ítem Intervención propositiva en implementaciones ERP desde la perspectiva de gestión del cambio, una visión a obtener el éxitoRuíz, Dube Esperanza; Meza Álvarez, Joaquín JavierERP System implementation is nowadays becoming more prevalent, however there are still multiple barriers not allowing a wider diffusion of it inside the business sector, associated to the paradigms found with ERP implementation failures and high costs. For the above-mentioned reason, this descriptive research aims to establish what exactly is a failed case within an ERP implementation, which are the associated factors , what intervention can be carried out from change management and how the project can become measurable, with the goal of strengthening the company’s so that they have a new vision for overseeing and control of the project, once they take the decision to implement the ERP System in their companies, reaching to increase the successful cases.Ítem Caracterización de las comunidades negras, afrocolombianas, raizales y palenqueras, para la formulación de políticas del deporte.Hurtado Vergel, Oscar; Romero Villalobos, OswaldoThis research initiative arises from a need to know the most important features of the Afro-descendant communities in Colombia and its participation in the implementation of strategies and policies to promote the sport, in the absence of analysis documents of these communities in the sports area, it is proposed the document as a tool for exploration. Find elements of judgment and an overview of this ethnic group in the national territory, which in future will allow the formulation of strategies and actions for the integral development of the african-american population, black, Raizal and palenquera.Ítem Estudio Prospectivo de Sociedades Cerradas Vinculadas a la Actividad de Metrología en BogotáMartínez Arias, Edgar Andrés; Meza Álvarez, Joaquín JavierIn this thesis, we have develop future scenarios oriented business management in societies linked to metrology activity in Bogota, based in a prospective and holistic reflection about an interaction of endogenous and exogenous variables. The development of future scenarios identifies strategies and policies (permanent or temporary) to facilitate the growth of the competitiveness of these companies for the year 2021.Ítem Perspectivas de Mejoramiento en Logística Colaborativa: Un Análisis Desde las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (Tic) de la Pyme en el Sector Comercializador en Bogotá D.C.Medina Ramón, Diana CarolinaCompanies have realized the importance of collaboration between companies and have begun to adopt new patterns of behavior to improve their productivity, profitability and flexibility during market requests. In fact, collaboration between companies has become an important strategic choice. Companies have begun to think about how to cooperate, a new form of management should be to ensure coordination and exchange of information, in time, between different actors in the supply chain; Suppliers, customers, subcontractors and carriers, etc. This is how they built an information system based on multi-agent systems, in order to ensure coordination among the various partners, share and track information. W. Dachry, B. Aghezzaf, B. Bensassi (2013), taking into account that information sharing is relevant, and that in order to achieve this objective there are currently information technologies, this research aims, firstly, to measure the degree of maturity in That is the implementation of ICT in logistics in the Colombian PyMES, later through this analysis seeks to measure the use by this type of ICT companies that contribute to the collaboration, to achieve this goal was conducted a survey to 73 Companies in the marketing sector. In addition, to determine the restrictive factors for the application of Collaborative Logistics, interviews were conducted with 10 companies in the sector. Finally, possible improvements were proposed in the collaborative logistics implementation process, for which an adaptation of the "cone of sand" or cumulative capacity model Ferdows and De Meyer (1990) was done, allowing the entrepreneur to identify Can improve the attributes of each type of collaborative logistics through information technologies.Ítem Diseño de un Procedimiento Basado en Algoritmos Genéticos para dar Solución al Problema de Scheduling Admitiendo Rechazos en Escenarios Flexible Flow ShopPerea González, Viviana Alexandra; Torres Acosta, Jairo HumbertoThis research addresses the orders acceptance and Scheduling problem, considering a Flexible Flow Shop environment with non-related machines. The objective is to maximize total revenue, which is composed by the revenue for the accepted orders, the penalties for those which are rejected and the costs of the idle time of the resources. To solve it, in first place the mixed integer program is formulated, which formally represents the environment and solve problems with up to 8 orders and 5 stages. Given its complexity, a heuristic approach is developed which evaluates the convenience of the arrived orders, providing an initial solution to the problem. The proposed procedure is designed with this approach and a genetic algorithm, which aims to take advantages from the recombination of solutions and gives, accordingly to the computational tests, solutions for instances up to 30 orders and 10 stages in reasonable time.Ítem Diseño de un modelo de transferencia del conocimiento para el manejo del sector autopartista en Bogotá.Riaño Lozano, Claudia Marcela; Medina García, Víctor HugoThis document contains the proposal for the use of clusters in the transfer of knowledge, using the identification of quantification of the companies linked to the productive chain of the auto parts sector in the city of Bogotá. To do this, a literary review of the concepts used in knowledge transfer, knowledge management, types of knowledge covering different perspectives is carried out, and then the autoparts sector in Bogotá will be shown. Another aspect deals with the compilation of the different models of transfer and cluster of the autoparts sector in an international and national contextualization of the productive chain of the autoparts sector, focusing on SMEs, with the purpose of defining the cluster to be developed and therefore impact. Finally, a knowledge transfer model is proposed in organizations and individuals linked to the metalworking cluster and the steps to validate it, understanding it as a model of continuous improvement.Ítem Modelo de Sistema Adaptativo Complejo de Gestión de la Calidad de la Administración del Proyecto Curricular de Pregrado Prototipo de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas – Investigación Exploratoria –Bejarano Garzón, Lilian Astrid; Meza Álvarez, Joaquín JavierThis work intends generate a model complex adaptive quality management system administration undergraduate curriculum project prototype of the engineering faculty of the university Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas in its exploratory phase making three crucial points, describing its structure and processes. The tools used for this work are: general systems theory (GST) that would support a viable system model (MVS), in addition describe the processes by carrying out a process map and structural analysisÍtem Viabilidad técnica y financiera en tratamiento de residuos sólidos utilizando tecnología de gasificación por plasma municipio de TenjoArboleda Rave, Mario Olmer; Mesa Reyes, José MesaThe treatment of Solid Waste (hereinafter referred to as RS), in the municipality of Tenjo (Cundinamarca), is carried out today, by conventional collection with final disposal of said RS in the Nuevo Mondoñedo landfill, located 28 km from the town center. An alternative little explored in Colombia is plasma gasification technology, a process from which electrical energy and fuels are obtained, (Oost, Hrabovsky, Kopecky, Konrad, Hlina, & Kavka, 2008, p209) describe the location of a torch in a chemical reactor, allowing through an innovative and environmentally friendly treatment, to treat the waste with a view to its energy recovery, that is to say the waste becomes valuable within the process, achieving a reduction in the emission of greenhouse gases (GHG ). According to Helsen and Bosmans (cited in Morrin, Lettieri, Chapman & Mazzei 2012, p677) by means of a plasma torch system installed in a tank reactor, a plasma arc is created from power supply with electrode voltage and current injection of gas (oxygen, nitrogen, fuel, etc.). The proposal aims, supported by the dynamics of systems, to evaluate and determine the technical and financial conditions, which imply the viability for the treatment of the R.S through Plasma Gasification Technology for the municipality of Tenjo.Ítem Método de Análisis de Información para Estimar como Nacen las Demandas de Viajes de Transporte Público Individual Taxi en la Zona de Bogotá RegiónRodríguez Segura, Diego Edixon Karachas; Pinzón Rueda, Wilson AlexanderThis investigation worked on a problem present in the cities, the specific mobility related to the individual public transport vehicles (TPI) taxi, their service provision as a solution to the demands of travel required in the agglomerations of populations, identifying the problems that this way of transport are identified as the contribution to road congestion, when this mode has behaviors of use such as randomly traveling on track looking for the need to serve travel services by users of a city leading to this practice in considerable percentages of vehicles of this service transit without passengers, contributing to the mobility load without solving required trips. An exhaustive research search was carried out aimed at improving and organizing this mode of transport, in which studies were found that provide model proposals from aggregate models that identify the components of the service and road congestion, structural models with proposals for modification of the companies that provide this service and models for balance dealing with congestion-demand relationships, uses, stochastic models, price modification and user-driver behaviors. In this way, taking information from large and technically elaborated surveys in the city of Bogotá, the Mobility survey and the Multipurpose survey, an analysis is made of variables that explain the behavior of this service, then a heuristic is established that under the information identified a proposal that seeks to minimize the traffic of TPI-taxi vehicles without passengers is modeled, obtaining important results to continue to be investigated and validated. The monitoring of the operation of this mode of transport is changing due to the evolution of information technologies, for which a chapter on knowledge management was established, where a model that tracks changes in the use of this information is proposed. mode of transport, use and services among the different actors and institutions that demand and provide this serviceÍtem Modelo Dinámico para el Análisis de la Carga Laboral y su Efecto en el Desempeño Laboral de Docentes Universitarios de Tiempo CompletoSuárez Castro, Ruth Milena; Beltrán Rodríguez, Carlos AlirioThe study of workload is an analysis tool for industrial engineer to measure the time spent performing one or more work activities with a view to determining the equitable distribution of functions in the workplace. University teachers in their work are not oblivious to the need for the distribution of the academic load is studied. This paper studies component of the course load or teacher workload distributed in three main functions such as: teaching, research and extension, determining not only the time spent on each activity but also analyzes from ergonomics impact on the mental load and physical burden on teacher performance. The study applies the methodology known as system dynamics modeling assignment workload and watch their behavior over time. the existence of significant differences between the teacher who develops research and teaching that develops outreach is evident.Ítem Modelo de estructura organizacional para el fomento de la auto-organización empresarial: incrementado su agilidad para dar respuesta a las condiciones cambiantes del entorno.Castro Acevedo, Paula Sofía; BOHORQUEZ AREVALO, LUZ ESPERANZAHierarchical control structures in companies are slow and inefficient in detecting and dealing with environmental stimuli, as they fail to collect, interpret and synthesize large volumes of information, which significantly hinders the exploitation of opportunities and the mitigation of environmental threats. Currently, efforts have been made to reduce this tendency by means of structures adaptable to environmental conditions, such as networked, cellular or project-based structures, among others. It has been found that, although the performance of these organizations increases significantly, they do not fully improve their ability to respond to these conditions because they still retain the principles of control hierarchies and also inherit their problems. From the review of the literature on complex adaptive systems, it was found that they are the most efficient in information processing and particularly the property of self-organization, can overcome the deficiencies of the current organizational structures. This paper uses a methodology that gathers qualitative and quantitative epistemological principles from grounded research to design a structure model that fosters self-organization and increases organizational agility; that is, increasing the speed at which organizations can take advantage of opportunities and mitigate environmental threats. This model was validated by means of agent-based simulation, which would allow comparing the characteristics of an organizational structure that promotes the emergence of self-organization in companies with respect to a traditional hierarchical structure. As a result of this research, it is expected to evaluate whether the proposed structure follows self-organization principles and improves organizational agility.Ítem Incidencias de las economías de aglomeración en la productividad territorial : caso de estudio en la Localidad de Chapinero mediante análisis de datos espaciales: 2013-2017Romero Duque, Gustavo Andrés; Olea Suárez, Doris MarleneThrough knowledge of the behaviors and capacities of a territory (Llanos, 2018), better ways to manage policies and strategies that promote the development and well-being of cities can be determined (Mendoza & Capo, 2017). In recent years, the development of the territory has become an object of great interest to its stakeholders due to the introduction of spatial aspects in an economic sphere, which allows a city to recognize internal and external factors (Bateman & Martínez, 2011) susceptible to changes in terms of competitiveness. This research proposal is formulated with the aim of proposing and developing a model based on Spatial Data Analysis that allows measuring the behavior of business dynamics generated in 19 economic sectors of the productive fabric of the town of Chapinero in the city of Bogotá D.C. and explain their location patterns and geographic concentration. The methodology used is oriented, first, to characterize the existing business typology in the town of Chapinero through two approaches: (1) analyze the Zonal Planning Units (hereinafter UPZ) belonging to the town of Chapinero and define the business dynamics that presents each UPZ at the level of sectoral distribution and economic development. (2) analyze the financial situation of the economic sectors during the 2013-2017 period present in the town, its variations in terms such as working capital and debt level, among others. In the next stage, the study of agglomeration economies based on partitioned clustering techniques begins, combining Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and the K-means method, which are multivariate analysis techniques for data with multiple continuous variables and that They allow to measure the behavior of business dynamics generated in different economic sectors of the productive fabric of the Chapinero locality. At this stage it is not interesting to analyze agglomerations from the geographical aspect (neighborhood), but it is interesting to identify and understand which economic sectors have developed related strategies (during the years 2013-2017), focused on leverage from assets, liabilities, equity and their relationship with net profits. The next level of analysis is geographic, and seeks to develop an analysis from localization economies or urbanization economies (Duranton & Puga, 2004), allowing to define by means of the Ripley function k if there are agglomerations of an industrial nature present in the locality, understood this such as the concentration of activity (similar processes) in a particular sector (Rosenthal & Strange, 2004). It is interesting to know if this concentration is given by the relations and the geographical logics of the productive organization. The objective is to estimate whether business units installed in the locality are benefiting from the agglomeration economies, if there is a difference between sectors with or without agglomeration.Ítem La auto-organización empresarial como alternativa para incrementar la agilidad organizacional: una comparación de escenarios de simulación multi-agentePosada Pinzón, Jorge Eliécer; Bohórquez Arévalo, Luz EsperanzaOne of the features that has characterized the mainstream of thought in the management of organizations and organizational engineering has been the use of hierarchical control structures; however, the high levels of interdependence that characterize the current environment generated by globalization and technological developments have led to this approach generating slowness in the response to change and, consequently, diminishing the ability to meet business objectives. To date an alternative to overcome this problem is found in theories of self-organization broadly addressed from the sciences of complexity. Research in this area in the business system is at an early stage, and there is still insufficient empirical evidence of the advantages offered by the ability to adjust to changing conditions of self-organized systems over systems with hierarchical control schemes in the business environment. In this project, the design, coding and verification of a multi-agent simulation model was made, that allows comparing the speed of response to the change of a business organization in which the structures of hierarchical control predominate with that of a business organization in which self-organization predominates. It is expected that the results obtained allow to project wide research paths around the ways to self-organize business systems, mainly due to the high levels of agility and organizational flexibility that can be achieved.Ítem Diseño de una arquitectura de cooperación horizontal basada en metamodelos, enfocada a plataformas de e-commerce para dispositivos móviles: caso de estudio pymes en el sector textil en BogotáÁlvarez Gómez, Nestor Fernando; Tarazona Bermúdez, Giovanny MauricioThe main objective of this thesis is to propose horizontal cooperation architecture to facilitate the shipping process in e-commerce platforms. First we will generate a taxonomy, a semantic model, an ontology that allows simulate that e-logistics, use the ontology to create a Metamodel and later an DSL, finally with MDE and applying data transformation using QVT, it will achieve a model of interoperable data e-commerce platforms, and the logistics operators will see the comodity transversely.Ítem Implementación del modelo Lean Service en el proceso de recaudo en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Fincomercio Ltda.Gavilan Venegas, Jonny Alexander; Gallego Torres, Adriana PatriciaThis final degree Master, it will be held in the Area Recaudo of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Fincomercio LTDA In this framework, this research descriptive. - Explanatory consist of the application of the methodology Lean Service for improving the process of collection of the Cooperative. During an analysis Recaudo the area was detected that this is highly inefficient and at the same time has a high level of waste, why it was decided to implement Lean Service methodology for process improvement. It has determined a conceptual framework which presents the ideology of service read through the description of the general model and tools that compose it. As a mapping process which we reveal which are the most frequent errors that are generated in the area of collection and which generates the largest amount of waste is carried out.Ítem Diseño de una estructura organizacional empresarial integral nodal basada en el fomento del uso de las fuentes de energía limpia como solución a las necesidades energéticas del municipio de Acandí en el departamento del ChocóMancipe Contreras, Efraín; Umaña Villamizar, Flor de MaríaThe need to contribute you to the Colombian population with limited resourses, fom the University to solve the problems caused bay poor electrical service in isolated zones such as: gaps in health services,Ítem Análisis comparativo de la incidencia de la estructura organizacional de una asociación de recicladores y una empresa de gestión de residuos aprovechables, en la utilidad operacional, en el marco del servicio público de aseo en su actividad de aprovechamientoVelásquez Melo, William; Bohórquez Arévalo, Luz Esperanza; 0000-0001-8401-3471; Bohórquez Arévalo, Luz Esperanza [0000-0001-8401-3471]The main objective of the proposed research is to understand and analyze the organizational dynamics, in addition to making an approximation to the cost structure of existing recycler associations in Bogotá, within the framework of the public cleaning service in its utilization component. There are environmental, governmental, commercial, and internal customer requirements for these recycler associations, which force these organizations to seek different organizational alternatives that adapt to their operational and administrative conditions. It seeks to validate through a simulation based on system dynamics, the financial viability of the organizational structure proposed by the Special Administrative Unit of Public Services UAESP, determining the cost structure and the equilibrium point to correctly guarantee the operation, compared to the provision of the public cleaning service in its utilization component for the city of Bogotá D.C. - Colombia.Ítem Monitoreo electrónico en la evaluación del tiempo máximo de mantenimiento de postura estática.López Carreño, Diana Karina; Gaona Garcia, Elvis EduardoTaking into consideration the correlation between adopted positions as part of a work activity and the occurrence of bone-muscle disorders, the employer-employee shared responsibility to review working conditions becomes a principle. This assessment serves as an anticipation measure to ensure work related health and safety. Since organizations evaluates risks based on injury’s reports and workers complains, the working condition analysis uses a quantitative ergonomic risk assessment of said conditions. Thus, based on sustained working positions as ergonomic risk factor and existing ergonomic assessment methods centered on expert observations, monitoring systems to invasive physiological responses and subjective perceptions of discomfort, we monitored the superficial muscle activity responses and upper body mobility within a the Maximum Holding Time of static position, validating the results through the integration of a technological capture system and the consistency between the results and the individual body characteristics.Ítem Modelo para la validación del cumplimiento misional en entidades de carácter público con herramientas de inteligencia artificialOchoa Méndez, Nidia Constanza; Bohórquez Arévalo, Luz Esperanza; Alvarado Nieto, DeicyAll institutions, regardless of their legal nature and philosophical conceptions that guide the daily work, adopt a mission and a vision, which is the course for compliance as an organization. Mission statements usually include semi-standardized as Fred David raised a few years ago characteristics, but compliance is not displayed strut way but by third parties results. Therefore the mission is ful lled if the results of the three pillars of an organization are good. Customer satisfaction nancial survival and development of human talent.Ítem Inteligencia de negocios: modelo para la toma de decisiones, basado en la interacción de los criterios y las etapas del ciclo de ventas en el subsistema comercial de servicios en una empresa de IT en LatinoaméricaVanegas Alba, Diego Armando; Tarazona Bermúdez, Giovanny MauricioDue to the growth of industries and the rapid development of new technologies, the commercial subsystem of companies in the IT sector have been forced to renew both their service portfolio and their work tools, which are essential for business continuity, even more taking into account the variability of the business environment, so today flexible tools are needed to face any change. The development of a decision-making model in the commercial services subsystem of Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Latin America was carried out using a methodology that associates the interaction of the criteria and the stages of the sales cycle, this on a business intelligence tool which allowed to simplify processes and reduce time in obtaining and analysing the information to carry out the decision making.
