The need to identify the factors that contribute to the success of MSME companies certified in the ISO 14001:2015 standard in the food sector in Colombia is raised, and how these factors could be improved to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of companies in this sector. This thesis is relevant because it will allow MSMEs in this treated sector to improve updated orientation towards the most convenient action strategies without assuming high costs and using simple technical tools, which will allow companies to improve their efficiency, productivity and increase its competitiveness in the market. The university community engaged in academic, research, and extension activities on campus consists of 19,407 individuals for the first semester of 2022. The Institutional Environmental Management on campus is led by the Environmental Management Center, with the purpose of achieving a sustainable campus and an environmentally sensitive and responsible university community through the adoption and implementation of the UTP Institutional Environmental Policy approved in 2010. One of the commitments outlined in the Institutional Environmental Policy is to implement environmental management plans, programs, practices, and techniques that promote sustainability actions for the organization and the community at large. The Environmental Management Center has the Environmental Education and Culture Program, which is responsible for managing projects and strategies aimed at fostering reflection and active participation of the university community in the implementation of the University's Environmental Policy (Environmental Management Center. This, in turn, aims to generate changes in the university community and their perception of the environment through education, and it is also a fundamental factor in the pursuit of a sustainable campus. The main purpose of this work will be to support the Environmental Education and Culture Program through plans, programs related to the comprehensive management of solid waste, environmentally responsible cafeterias, and the use of living classrooms, as well as the use of graphic and audiovisual materials as tools for environmental education and culture within the Campus. The document describes the importance of environmental education and environmental management in the university context, highlighting UTP's efforts in these areas over the years. This degree work is developed under a mixed research methodology, which is based on the information gathering process, which analyzes and yields quantitative and qualitative data within the study, which is carried out with the implementation of tools such as the initial environmental review, on-site research, direct search source, among others. In addition, the ILUD is aligned with the Environmental Management Subsystem of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas (SGA-UD) in order to comply with current environmental and health regulations and with a focus on the adoption of the Colombian technical norms NTC-ISO 14001: 2015, It was created a working group to design the Environmental Management Evaluation Methodology (first version), and the PEGR-CC of the San Luis campus, which contributes to numeral 8.2 emergency preparedness and response. This methodology divided into 5 phases was applied that seeks to collect bibliographic information on the subject, a multitemporal analysis accompanied by a process of land recognition, a look at the current processes and procedures that the government presents within the framework of the SDGs and an implementation of validated tools in support of the construction of the strategist, which is represented in a methodological guide for risk reduction in the face of mass removal disasters by displacement, applicable to the community with characteristics similar to those of the study area. The present investigation identifies and organizes the measures adopted by Colombia in the management associated with climate change between the period from 2015 to 2021 in order to describe the progress in the implementation of these measures, the analysis of these advances contributes to the understanding of what has been done adequately to date and in turn can provide some idea of the actions that still need to be carried out, improved or fulfilled; This study also allows us to recognize the challenges in managing climate change by showing signs of the factors that could be integrated into the implementation of commitments associated with climate change, in such a way that the information collected here serves to identify the changes that management could be carried out to accelerate action on this matter.Ítem Seguimiento de procedimientos y procesos de la subdirección del área de seguimiento ambiental de la corporación autónoma regional del cesar, conforme a las políticas y normas legales vigentes hasta el año 2023Porras Perilla, Juan felipe; Gonzalez Ramirez, Luisa Fernanda; González Ramírez, Luisa Fernanda [0000-0001-8489-6761]The main objective of the internship proposal is to support the execution of processes and procedures in the Subdirectorate of the Environmental Area of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cesar. This internship is framed in the context of the environmental administrator profession, which plays a crucial role in the management of natural resources and in reducing the negative impacts of productive projects on ecosystems. The importance of providing legal, technical, administrative and financial knowledge is highlighted to support government organizations in charge of supervising the environment and the use of natural resources. This approach not only seeks to protect the environment, but also to improve the working conditions of workers and generate employment. The internship is expected to identify noncompliance with environmental licenses and emissions permits, evaluate negative environmental impacts and verify compliance with obligations by projects. Additionally, an updated database will be maintained with license and permit records. This internship will contribute to compliance with current legal policies and regulations related to the environment and sustainable development in the department of Cesar. Expected outcomes include identifying and documenting non-compliance, understanding environmental impacts, verifying compliance with obligations, and efficiently managing information related to licenses and permits. This experience will provide the student-environmental manager with a valuable opportunity to apply their knowledge in a practical environment and contribute to the sustainable development goals within the framework of the 2030 agenda.
