Ítem Arquitectura paralela robótica: modelado y simulación con siemens nx®(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Forero Casallas, John Alejandro; Ruiz Rosas, Víctor Elberto; Hurtado Cortés, Luini LeonardoÍtem Control e implementación de un Ugv en la celda de manufactura flexible Has-200 mediante visión artificialPeña Sierra, Yimmy Alexander; Ramirez Pinto, Jhonn Fernando; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroThe objective of this work is to develop a UGV linked to an artificial vision system to provide greater flexibility to the existing HAS-200 manufacturing cells at the Francisco José de Caldas District University, this cell is used for educational purposes and with this development wants to give more tools to the students to apply the acquired knowledge. Artificial vision is a branch of artificial intelligence that aims at the mathematical modeling of a process of visual perception of any individual to generate programs that simulate these visual capabilities by computer. One of these developments is the unmanned ground vehicles which are robotic platforms that are used to help the human being to perform or optimize certain tasks The scope of this project will be to perform the recognition of the position in which the product is found by artificial vision, calculate the kinematics of the vehicle to go to the position of the product and return to the initial point, without collecting the object. For this purpose, a preparation and parameterization of the workspace, selection and design of the UGV and its components and the development of an application in MATLAB for image recognition and artificial vision will be carried out. An artificial vision system was made capable of recognizing a certain existing product in defined positions within the HAS-200 manufacturing cell. This system has the ability to recognize the product as long as the user correctly loads the images previously taken, the software calculates the trajectory of the vehicle and sends this information to a processing unit via bluetooth communication to the Arduino to control the displacement of the UGV within the work area.Ítem Desarrollo de Dispositivos Modulares Virtuales de Arquitectura Libre para el Control de Posicionamiento MultiaxialSolano Bravo, Juan Camilo; Londoño Rodriquez, Jhon Edison; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroIn this project the modeling and simulation for different configurations of the modular device of free architecture of multi-axial positioning was carried out, in order to qualify for the title of technologist in mechanics of the District University Francisco José de Caldas; Through the database of the University and the company IDCAE information was collected and analyzed, after that it was classified to deduce possible solutions through the objectives set to successfully complete the development of this project. After recognizing the components that make up the free architecture device, the pieces were modeled with their corresponding geometry as similar to the real device, using the NX SIEMENS software as the base platform. Subsequent to this the assembly is made for each configuration, and with this a part of the machine architecture is defined depending on the properties that each mechanism possesses. With the information obtained from the design and implementation of the device, we studied the equations of motion (direct and inverse kinematics) of the different configurations of the free architecture device. The development of the kinematics focused mainly on the geometric study of the movement of the device for the different configurations with respect to a fixed frame of reference. Based on the parameters for the analysis and solution of this type of mechanisms. After having the machine assembly through the ISV environment (Integration Simulation and Verification) specifically with the Machine Tool Builder tool, it defines the kinematics with a tree system that shows the relationship between each one of the components, with this creates a postprocessor with the Post Builder tool using trajectory data. Defining this device as a three-axis milling machine. After this the machine is inserted into the NX SIEMENS library. In order to be able to be called from a piece in which trajectories were generated by means of the manufacturing application. Because the ISV is not designed for devices based on parallel robotics, it was decided to develop the machine by another Co-simulation method where the machine architecture is defined by links and joints and then exported as a block model for the purpose of control it from MATLAB with a block arrangement developed in Simulink.Ítem Desarrollo de software para la medición de desgaste de placas de corte por medio de visión artificial utilizando Labview®Mendoza Garcia, José Santiago; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroAt some point in our daily life, we have surely thought about how important it is in measurements for the development of life itself, to be able to measure time, distance, temperature, among others. It has allowed us to get where we are, because we have understood what we have provided that is to achieve more with it, so that the world faces the need to optimize processes and more when talking about the wear and tear on the tools of cut. Colombia will not have great technological advances in terms of the management of cutting tools, as it is more common, with regard to printing. This produces a restricted optimization process, which limits the entrepreneur and the Colombian industry. This is a project that wants to implement a device for direct management of wear of the cutting tool, which is safe, easy to install and accessible, at the same time, encourage the entrepreneur to invest in measurement systems, not as an expense, if Not as a profit. The project requires that an activity be followed. The information that must be followed LabVIEW® environment image and execute the respective tests, with the aim of arriving at the valid and accurate conclusions that it is a safe and reliable system in its results.Ítem Desarrollo del gemelo digital para una máquina de medición por coordenadas (CMM)Castro Parra, James Santiago; Poveda López, Daniel Andrés; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroIn this work we want to develop a digital twin using a coordinate measurement machine (CMM), so first of all, sufficient information about digital twins had to be collected, what they were, their characteristics, applications, etc. Then look for the necessary platforms to be able to develop it, at this point we reviewed several (both those that had a license from the University and those that did not), then we chose 3 final ones, which were SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor and NX Siemens, This is thanks to several tests (ease of use, interaction with the user, available tools, simulations, etc.) that were carried out on each of them to review which was the most complete and, with which we could carry out the development of the more efficiently and comprehensively, solving all the needs that needed to be resolved. After that, we proceeded to carry out the same investigation with the other important part of the work, the CMM, so we reviewed what they were like, what they were made up of, what types there were, if it was possible to work with these platforms on the platforms that had been chosen. or (if it was possible to develop them if not), which brings us to the next point which is the NX platform, which at the time of beginning our investigation we were not aware of its existence, when we delved into the tools and possibilities that it offered, in addition to the availability of having a complete CMM in advance and as close to a real one as it has different configurations, such as its probes and other instruments necessary for the respective measurement processes, which allowed a much more efficient, precise and higher quality development than the other options we had in mind. Finally, the respective user manual was prepared to use the platform, which is intended to provide a clear, concise and easy-to-understand guide, for the benefit of future generations or anyone who is interested in the topic of twins. digital devices such as CMM and measurement processes, regardless of whether they have knowledge of the subject or not.Ítem Desarrollo Matemático y Aplicación de la Cinemática Inversa por Medio de un Software de Cálculo y Programación para el Robot Mitsubishi RV-M1Gómez Campos, Darío Andrés; Bustos Quintero, Álvaro Enrique; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroThe present work proposes the solution of the inverse and direct kinematics of a Melfa Mitsubishi RV-M1 manipulator, through an operation interface. It begins with a compilation of the investigation carried out of the robot in which its kinematic solutions were included and the explanation of the manipulation by means of software, from this guide data are taken. In this way the solution was made by means of a calculation and programming program that allows the user to see through a graphic interface the initial and final location of the manipulator. It was necessary to have physical interaction with the machine, to make the measurements and achieve greater precision in the modeling, the SOLIDWORKS® program was used, where the respective parts and restrictions were created, it was determined that it was adequate due to the process of export to MATLAB® r2017a the result was a block diagram where you can add the angular restrictions of the manipulator, in its interface you added different elements that allow manipulation and control by the end user, creating a friendly graphical interface and easy to use. To complete this part we proceeded to incorporate the solution process of the direct and inverse kinematics, where to make the angular variation of any link the result of the Cartesian coordinates of the final tool was obtained. This can be visualized as Px, Py and Pz , the graphical interface serves as support for the understanding of the physical movements that can be achieved. Finally, the results and solutions of the direct and inverse kinematics in the MATLAB® program were verified, by means of the connection and later sending of orders through the aforementioned software, in such a way that the manipulator in its intrinsic language can interpret them, with base to the list of commands mentioned in the user manual. The first step was a technical evaluation and subsequent maintenance to the robot of the mechanical laboratory, being able to correct certain errors. It explains how the connection was made and the protocol used in the link, where no other hardware was used as a translator of the codes sent, the result was a parallel interface where you can visualize how the robot moves in a virtual graphic interface and recreates these movements physically. The manipulator, being old, has a relatively slow response time, even so, it is able to interpret and process the orders sent.Ítem Diagnóstico del potencial metrológico de la Facultad Tecnológica en la Universidad Distrital Francisco José De CaldasBenítez Martínez, Germán; Jiménez Navarrete, Juan Carlos; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroMetrology in Colombia is a nascent science which, in the last 10 years, has become a fundamental piece in the productive and economic development of the country. Institutions promoted by the national government such as the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC), the National Institute of Metrology of Colombia (INM) and the National Accreditation Organism of Colombia (ONAC) have collaborated in increasing the technical competence of the country in this science, achieving recognition at the Latin American level, which has focused the attention of different higher education institutions in this activity. For this reason, the Francisco José de Caldas District University, through its Technological Faculty, seeks to foster the interest of its students, the different research groups and the student community in general in the development of the Faculty's potential in terms of metrology. To achieve this, it seeks to start with the identification and presentation of the different measurement equipment that the different interactive spaces of the Technological Faculty have, all this in order to present to students and staff in general the metrological scope it has. the Faculty and the different types of measurements that may possibly be carried out at the university.Ítem Diseño de máquina lanzadora de balones para el entrenamiento de jugadores de fútbolJiménez Solano, Luis Ferney; Contreras Gómez, Jhonatan Ricardo; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroAll these technologies have given a new way of living for humanity, due to the comfort that comes with all the machines that circulate around the daily life of man. In order to have a starting point, a search was carried out on specific aspects such as the pressure and time required; it should be noted that this information was obtained from the instructions provided in the glue used for this activity and taking into account the strength of the agglomerate to avoid deformations in the final product. Then, in order to carry out the mechanical design process of the hydraulic press, based on the required pressure criteria and the measures established for the doors registered with the highest production, we proceeded to delimit the design margin and the approach of a practical, convenient and effective geometry, which would allow solving the demand problem. It should be noted that, throughout the project, the selection criterion used was the analysis of acting loads in both structural and joint elements (bolts and welding); taking into account that the latter are of vital importance within the considerations and implementation of the design, since they would be strategically located so that the structure could be disassembled. For the drive mode, an-electro-hydraulic system was used, composed mainly of two cylinders and the respective accessories; together with the electrical system in charge of controlling and activating the general system based on the service demand.Ítem Diseño e implementación de una pinza automatizada para la apertura de recipientes contenedores en La Celda Has 200Suarez Gaona, Andres Felipe; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroThe current document presents the phases of research, design, construction and development of a computerized clip that allows the uncovered containers containers in cell manufacturing HAS 200 of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas located in the facilities of the technological faculty, through an industrialized that it allows manipulation and standardized system of this process.Ítem Diseño y fabricación de tableros de distribución en baja tensión – proyecto subestación edificio Banco Agrario Dirección GeneralParra Aleman, Stephany; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroThe AGRARIAN BANK OF COLOMBIA will carry out the adaptation of the General Direction Building located city of Bogotá D.C. Rapid Prototyping is a set of operations that lead to the delivery of a final product designed by digital information in short times without the removal of material. This technique has advantages over other manufacturing processes in terms of time and economy, in addition to the ability to manufacture products with complex geometries, for this reason it is necessary to measure the performance of the different Rapid Prototyping machines. In the laboratories of the technological faculty of the Francisco José de Caldas District University there is a Stratasys Dimension 1200 machine, a prototyping machine, for research purposes, the pieces manufactured here are expected to be more accurate in the face of a removal process of material, in addition to being able to obtain products with complex geometries in a simpler and faster way. The only fact about the machine about accuracy is the thickness of the layers that is 0.254 mm thick. This research shows experimental evidence on indices of process capacity based on DIN 16742, this standard provides a margin of tolerance for plastic parts based on material characteristics and is used either for quality standards or for capacity studies. process.Ítem Estudio de la Influencia de la Generación de Geometría Cad en los Resultados de Simulación en CaeCifuentes Yate, Michael Stivens; Varón Peña, Johan Felipe; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroIn this degree project, a study about the uncertainty in the results of the CAE (by the finite element method) is carried out, that uncertainty is produced from some factors immersed in CAD models. To perform the experiment, observation and analysis, simple three-dimensional models were created and simulated in finite elements (with fine meshes by default), varying the following factors: CAD software, geometries generation processes, and export files to CAE. After completing the simulations, the analyzed results are: maximum total deformations and maximum equivalent stresses, hence, the influence of each factor is identified by an analysis of means, in turn, they are compared with results of simulations with user-controlled meshing. On the other hand, information was collected through the state of the art of CAD geometries generation and around the CAD/CAE integration. Finally, this study concluded mainly, how changes of the factors in CAD (involved in experimentation) affect the results of the finite element simulations, and which of these variations makes the results approximating to reference values.Ítem Estudio de un modelo de rueda sin cámara neumática para motocicletaMorales Suárez, Cristian Felipe; Forero Casallas, John AlejandroIn this proyect is performed the comparation of mechanic behavior between one tire traditional and a model of tire non-pneumatic based in the model developed for Michelin with two types of elastomers materials characterized (polyurethane) from the models of Mooney-rivlin and Neo-hookean, the comparisons were performed under the conditions of loads both statics and of pure rolling.
