The prototype has an operating range of 300° in each of the directions of movement. Obtaining this device contributes to the development in technology, since a camera with characteristics similar to those presented in the movement, are expensive today. The devices found in the market with these features generally must have an internet connection, which in various regions of our country would be useless because they do not have this service for various social or economic reasons.Ítem Sistema de identificacion y registro para bicicletas a través de tecnología RFID en la Universidad Distrital “Francisco José de Caldas” Sede TecnológicaTami Patiño, Darwin Ricardo; Ballesteros Cespedes, Juan Esteban; Fino Sandoval, Rafael AlbertoThis electronic security system is designed in such a way that it allows to identify both the owner (student) and his bicycle by means of a card scanned by an RFID reader, communicated to a computer; The data obtained from this communication are compared with a database of registries previously built in the dates established for the allocation of parking spaces of bicycles. The connection between the reader and the computer was made via USB communication, which uses a program for its visualization and another program for the management of the information, this makes possible the recording and control of all data. It is hoped that with the implementation of the electronic security system, it will help and improve the parking service provided by the university, providing users and security guards with peace of mind while using it; Since the rates of theft or disappearance of bicycles will be reduced.
