Through oral, audiovisual and written sources, each of the elements that make up the experience became visible and with this, the reconstruction of the facts began. The methodology used corresponds to the qualitative approach based on the design and systematization of experiences. Thus validating both the initial phase and the implementation phase of the project carried out between 2014 and 2018. Finally, it was concluded that the aspects identified in the proposal "10 libros en un año " can represent the basis for the consolidation of an institutional reading program that contributes to the formation of a community of readers made up of parents, teachers and students.Ítem Acompañamiento Académico dado a Estudiante de Posgrado con Discapacidad VisualHurtado Delgado, Erika Lizeth; Borja Orozco, Mirian GlidisThrough the transversal academic project of teachers training for populations with special educational needs (NEES) of the District University Francisco José de Caldas, was carried out an academic accompaniment process headed to a visual disabled student at postgraduate educational level. During this internship, the needs and requirements presented by a master's student with visual impairment were analyzed from five axes proposed and developed during the period 2015 -3 - 2017 -1. The axes included for the development of this academic work were: support reader, support in material design, support in documentary revision for omissions in digitization, support in bibliographic management of non-digitized sources and finally support for accessibility to educational platforms . Each of the work axes developed throughout the internship process allowed to highlight the factors that become barriers for the accessibility and integral development of a magister candidate with visual impairment. These factors included: the absence of accessible technological equipment, lack of culture and education in diversity, and the lack of participation and opportunities that a student with a visual impairment may have. Finally, this is the first academic accompaniment at the postgraduate level carried out at the District University, whereby it becomes an input, a contribution for future internships or modalities of degree, furthermore provides evidence, analysis and recommendations around the Educational needs presented by a magister or doctoral student with visual impairment in their academic daily life.Ítem Al peguntarte ¿me entiendes? Eight students from Colegio Mayor de los Andes in Cajicá, Colombia (aged 16-17), were selected for this research. The results of this research process allowed us to identify the ways in which young people modify their likes and preferences according to the influence of publicity transmitted via Facebook, throughout different elements such as "like" button. The research interests are focused on being able to account for how the communication spaces between these two social groups are constructed with their linguistic peculiarities, from an intercultural perspective. The theoretical framework presents the generalities of the concept of disability from a social perspective, as well as the field of cultural and intercultural and discourse in relation to communication. In this way, the study that focuses on the application of a qualitative methodology, identifies the forms of interaction between deaf and hearing, in turn that shows the incidence of socio-cultural aspects in such practices. The methodological process is carried out through the use of non-participant observation techniques and semi-structured interviews that are applied in different contexts in which the research subjects are developed. In this way, the Colombian reality in the face of this phenomenon was constituted in a particular way in social networks, especially Twitter, where the factor of poverty is extracted with social, economic, political and discursive variations that position a series of symbolic elements that They allow us to understand the social reality with its dynamics and inequities. Precisely, these elements were installed in devices and social networks to become waves of information that were often not true, but fleeting and saturated with words or data that tried to provide a more consistent and friendly horizon in the face of Covid-19, being stronger the virus of disinformation, aestheticization or covering up and disguising the reality of the country. Therefore, microtexts or tweets are taken up again as a form of social discourse that reflects poverty and inequality in the country, which, through social networks, become aestheticized social representations of reality with a toxic or positive narrative that configures ways of conceiving the current world. Thus, the perception of symbols is also derived as a vital part of social manifestations, accounting for the complexities embedded in the state. These types of problems, in Colombia, were visualized as a kind of game of colors, hung, to draw attention to a protest that, in reality, expressed hunger. Experiences that contributed to cultural memory processes were collected. The work with the community made it possible to situate language and communication as the study tool that provides symbolic, discursive elements that contribute to the semiotic analysis of Umberto Eco, where communication was the learning axis on which the workshops and activities of cultural visibility to contribute to the survival of original traditions and practices. To account for this transit, a systematization of experiences was carried out in which information was collected regarding: the protagonists, the context of the school, the phases of the process, the methodology, the resources used, the difficulties, and a look from the present day from semi-structured interviews to the students. All this to make a critical interpretation, identifying how life experience and the exercise of memory, through creative writing, become their own generating words (Freire), contributing to their literacy and the appropriation of other knowledge.
