Ítem Actualización y consolidación de información relacionada con el proceso de inscripción de afectaciones ambientales en los folios de matrícula de los predios presentes en las áreas protegidas por la jurisdicción de la CARPinzón Jula, Diego Armando; Avila Angulo, Miguel AntonioThe internship was largely focused on overlapping the properties that are within the protected areas delimited by the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca, this in order to make the respective entries for affectation in the enrollment sheets of said properties , in order to ensure the preservation and conservation of the natural resources of the municipalities under the jurisdiction of the CAR. Within this process the update of the legal information of the database granted by the corporation, of the properties affected by different categories of protected areas entrusted by the CAR was carried out, this work focused on identifying the real estate registration numbers of each affected property and for which a new search methodology was proposed and implemented that seeks to overcome the obstacles of information exchange that exist today between both private and state entities. The data and resources necessary for the development of the internship were obtained through the Open Data offered in the web portals of different entities (CAR, Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute) thus guaranteeing that this process can follow its normal course Within this project, socialization activities were carried out with the community that is affected by the declaration of these protected areas, whose task was to show them in an explanatory way, what is the percentage of affectation of each property, what are the limitations to the use of soil and also the different permitted activities that were decreed in the Colombian regulations, thus making not only a technical and academic contribution, but also a contribution was made with an important social component present within the vision of both the curricular project and the own university.
