Ítem Metodología para la selección de sitios de estaciones CORS para la densificación de la Red Geodésica NacionalMesa Salamanca, Gabriel Alejandro; Ávila Angulo, Miguel Antonio; Ávila Angulo, Miguel Antonio [0000-0002-9104-0280]This undergraduate degree work under the internship modality titled “Methodology for the Selection of Sites of CORS Stations for the Densification of the Nacional Geodetic Network” consisted in the development of two projects focused under the missional objectives of the IGAC (National Geographic Institute Agustín Codazzi) defined by the CONPES 3958 of 2019, as well as the national plan of geodesy 2021-2025 and as the maximum cadastral and geodetic authority of the country according to the decree 148 of 2020. The projects focus on the development of a methodology to determine sites for the localization of CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Stations) of the IGAC through a national remote exploration, and the validation of stations materialized in 2022 in the department of Cauca product of previously made explorations, according to resolution 1468 of 2021 of the IGAC.Ítem Prototipo funcional de aplicativo móvil para la visualización y registro del estado de la malla vial en la ciudad de Bogotá(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldás) Castillo Vargas, Jennifer Alejandra; Casas Buitrago, Brahian David; Ávila Angulo, Miguel Antonio; Ávila Angulo, Miguel Antonio [0000-0002-9104-0280]Mobility is one of the problems that most generates dissatisfaction in its citizens which shows that the capital still lacks a systematic and continuous policy that addresses the phenomenon of mobility, to this is added the absence of structuring in the programs for the prevention of road accidents; It should be clarified that there was Decree 319 of 2006 which adopts the mobility master plan raises the road safety plan but with little effectiveness this because one of the most important factors and that serves as a starting point for this investigation is that there are problems of access or lack of updated information, this is where mobile applications offer us a practical solution when it comes to collecting and managing information; mobile applications have a purpose, and in the case of this research is to create a database, which will serve as a starting point for the formulation of future measures to facilitate mobility in the capital.Ítem Retos para el saneamiento predial de espacios públicos preexistentes en zonas de renovación urbanaDesalvador Sánchez, Ginneth; Ávila Angulo, Miguel Antonio; 0000-0002-9104-0280; Ávila Angulo, Miguel Antonio [0000-0002-9104-0280]Through this work, it is hoped to show the process involved in delivering an area with a renewal projection, based on the fact that, in Bogotá, urban renewal areas are areas that have been designated by the local government to be redeveloped with the aim of improving the quality of life of its residents and promote the economic development of the city. These areas are selected because they present problems of physical and social deterioration, and their rehabilitation requires an integrated approach that involves the participation of different stakeholders, such as residents, landowners, real estate developers, and the government. The urban renewal process in Bogota involves the demolition of unsafe or unhealthy structures, the construction of new housing, and the improvement of infrastructure and public services, such as streets, parks, transportation, and water and energy services. The property sanitation process of properties with a public vocation in Bogota is essential to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants in urban renewal areas, since it allows the creation or ratification of quality public spaces that promote coexistence and recreation, and contribute to the improvement of the urban environment. In the same way, it allows legal clarity about the owners or holder of said spaces, avoiding future problems for the entities in charge or the urban developers.
