Abstract

This case study delves into the trajectory and development of the Colombian Football Association over the last seven years. It examines the challenges the organization has faced, the strategies it has implemented to overcome them, and the impact it has had on the promotion and development of table football in Colombia. Table Soccer, also known as foosball, has had a rich history in Europe and North America, where it has managed to establish itself as a recognized sport. From its global context to its growth and organized promotion in Colombia, this study narrates the evolution of the organization since its founding, analyzes the environment in which it emerged, the challenges it has faced, the opportunities it has generated and the change of paradigm that it has faced to ensure its continuity.
