Resumen
The essential character of this document is to determine the essential steps for the creation of a topographic engineering and related engineering company, this writing contains 3 chapters that explicitly describe each of the steps that comprise the creation of an entrepreneurship project in Colombia. Chapter I contains the theoretical specifications incurred when creating an entrepreneurship or business creation project in Colombia, the different entities that support business entrepreneurship, the types of companies and societies that can be formed in Colombia according to its legislation, the necessary procedures before the chamber of commerce, the legal framework that regulates companies; To generate a comparative analysis, brief information was added on the creation of companies in other countries, taking Argentina and the United Arab Emirates as a sample. After this phase, terms such as: project idea, the marketing study and the corporate approach are reflected. Chapter II is aimed at capturing the project, having to be broken down into two phases: the organizational culture of the project and the legal requirements. In Phase I, the organizational culture of the project is made up of: the company name, mission and vision, economic activity, location of its facilities, the description of the company and the services to be provided, the organization chart with the manuals of functions to be performed; within TopoHelp Ingeniería M&A SAS. In Phase II, the legal requirements that may arise in the creation of the companies are found, starting with the verification of the non-existence of the name that will be given to the new company (Homonymy Certificate), determination of the type of company to create, verification and compliance with the regulations for the constitution of a SAS, creation of the private document, generation of Rut and commercial certificate, determination of the powers of the legal representative and finally determine the social capital and the corporate purpose that the initiative will have. Chapter III. It is dedicated to the financial evaluation of the project, phase III, where the initial data are determined, with which the business idea is projected in a certain time, this to verify the viability of the business model; the tax rate, the amount and the reinvestment rate will be established. Inflation, product, and sales projections are also established, where through a series of very detailed analyzes, the viability of the project will be determined. This chapter, like the previous one, is divided into two phases. Phase IV is dedicated to the creation and analysis of the SWOT matrix; where internal strengths, internal weaknesses, external threats, and external opportunities are initially described, with this analysis, work strategies are proposed; to finally generate an evaluation and control matrix of the SWOT matrix.
