Ítem Acompañamiento en el desarrollo de las actividades técnicas para el grupo SIG de la subdirección de planificación de infraestructura, de conformidad con las funciones desarrolladas por la unidad ejecutora, tal como lo establece el artículo 15 del decreto 1292 del 14 de octubre de 2021Amado Ariza, Edith Natalia; Vargas Vargas, Wilson ErnestoThe main purpose of this document is to present the responsibilities assumed during my internship period at the National Highway Institute (INVIAS), specifically in the Infrastructure Planning Subdirectorate, within the main area of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The objectives set for This experience included: participation in training of third-order road sections (SINC), the creation of functional applications such as Dashboard, the debugging of geographic data from Excel tables, also the tests with the HERMES Seguritech platform, as well as the participation in follow-up meetings organized by the Guillermo Gaviria Correa Corporate School and the contribution in the meetings of the SPI group in the GIS area sponsored by the Deputy Director in charge. Additionally, actively collaborate with the Technical Information Management (GIT) team in collecting information on Unit Price Analysis (APU) of regionalized equipment for the year 2023. Also, work in collaboration with the Archive group, to carry out carried out the preparation of the FUID and the control sheet corresponding to 19 contracts of the entity. In addition, I was part of the Pavements team for the collection of information from the Intelligent Bridge Management System - SIGP. There was also participation in training with the AZ DIGITAL platform, as well as attendance at the Asset Management forum and active participation in the meetings of the aforementioned work groups. Method applied since 1922 to generate the first observations and aero triangulations of a region of the Magdalena river, since the application of this tool a physical record has been generated that documents flight number, place and department, number of photographs per flight, and their respective scale. Digital records are currently being generated to keep banks of information up-to-date, speeding up data modeling processes. The scope of the document is focused on establishing planning and administration exercises of the territory, this in order that the information provided here is the basis of new projects to be executed in the current or future governments, always in order to meet the needs of the most vulnerable population. Having a strong and up-to-date cartographic base is the direct bridge to development, here it is understood how the municipality is formed in all its aspects, be they topographic, geological, hydrological, road, demographic, land use, tourism, and other no less important. To carry out the implementation of the GIS it is necessary to collect information from each of the units and capture information in the field for the creation of databases with geographical components. Some of the georeferenced information can be acquired through the mapping of the municipality's PBOT by performing a multitemporal analysis, which will be an important basis during the development of the project.Ítem Actualización y enriquecimiento de la red geodésica de la Facultad de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales sede Vivero, lote BAgudelo Cifuentes, Valentina; Fandiño Orjuela, Carlos David; Rivas Diazgranados, MariamThis document describes the procedures and methodologies implemented for the updating and enrichment of the geographic information of the topographic vertices monumented in the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources, Lot B, of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, in accordance with the technical standards and current guidelines issued by the authorities in charge of the management and handling of geographic, geodetic and cadastral information for the city of Bogota and the Colombian territory. For this purpose and in consideration with the studies conducted to the Geodetic Network of the University, the inventory and evaluation of the state of the vertices of the network is carried out, according to the minimum criteria necessary for the materialization of the points, taking into account their location and environmental and spatial conditions, contemplating natural phenomena such as erosion, landslides and natural movements of the earth, recorded in the last study for 2018 of the Network, and present to date, which generate physical deterioration and outdated geographic information. Based on the evaluation and conditions of the topographic vertices, a planimetric survey of each one is carried out using GNSS methodologies and optical surveys to update the North and East coordinates, referring to the National Origin Coordinates system. On the other hand, for the altitudinal component of the topographic vertices, the geometric elevation is transferred to the NP 59 CD point from the closest point belonging to the Geometric Leveling Network certified by the Agustin Codazzi Geographic Institute. With these it is intended if it is possible to generate solutions adaptable to our local environment and its particular characteristics. Also, with the help of these reflections, a precedent will be given for future studies on the subject that contribute to the improvement and advancement of the territory. This is why topography techniques have evolved; this is where the development of cartography is driven by the automation of resources for its development and final products. (ALONSO, 2006). The above; with the aim of providing the engineering community with a solid foundation on which to design, design, budget, build and revise urban, agricultural, cadastral, geodetic, hydraulic and other projects. It is here, through entities such as the Bogotá Aqueduct Company EAAB and private entities "APF Engineering S.A.S." that guarantee by standardizing and updating the reliability of topographic and cartographic products for water purposes. Through the Agreement on Internship between Private Entities and the District University Francisco José de Caldas, it is possible through internships to contribute to the updating of cartographic works that do not have information in the EAAB's SIGUE system. For this reason, the purpose of this internship project was to structure a spatial database with the elements created by conventional topography of the Rio Arzobispo in the town of Ciudad Bolívar. As a matter of fact, this study presents a comparison between Colombian technical documents regarding to roundabouts design against Spain and the U.S.A. technical documents in order to define the benefits in roundabouts design compared to other types of intersections and to determine possibly recommendations for adjustments in Colombian technical documents, especially for the urban roundabouts design. One of the contributions of this comparative analysis is to contribute to regard landscaping, construction, and maintenance roundabouts topics, presenting a technical perspective of Colombia’s positions faced with United States and Spain.Ítem Análisis comparativo de requerimientos técnicos para la cartografía de los planes de saneamiento y manejo de vertimientos (PSMV), para la Corporación Autónoma de Cundinamarca, Corponariño y Corporinoquia.Forero Montero, Carolina; Bello Fandiño, Sindy Tatiana; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonIn order to maintain and ensure environmental sanitation for the disposal of wastewater and in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development, the Sanitation and Wastewater Management Plans (PSMV) are a set of programs, projects and activities with the respective schedules and investment plans necessary for the sanitation and treatment of wastewater, including collection, transportation, treatment and final disposal of wastewater disposed to the public sewage service. This plan must be approved by the competent environmental authority, such as the Regional Autonomous and Sustainable Development Corporations, the Urban Environmental Units of the Municipalities, Districts and Metropolitan Areas, for urban population over one million inhabitants or the environmental authorities referred to in article 12 of Law 768 of 2002. The Regional Autonomous and Sustainable Development Corporations are part of one of the competent environmental authorities in charge of the approval of the Sanitation and Wastewater Management Plan (PSMV), They may choose to follow the methodological guide issued by the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development in 2004 or adopt a comprehensive guide document to guide municipalities or sewage service providers in the presentation of the PSMV developed under the jurisdiction of each Regional Autonomous Corporation, and they must also ensure that current regulations on wastewater management and sanitation are taken into account. This allows for a selection of environmental authorities with different jurisdictions in the country to cover the variety of geographic, environmental, and social conditions in the national territory, which is why the following regional autonomous corporations were selected: Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR), Corporación Autónoma Regional de Nariño (CORPONARIÑO), and Corporación Autónoma Regional de la Orinoquia (CORPORINOQUIA). The differences between the technical requirements established by the three aforementioned corporations allowed for the elaboration of a comparative and interpretative analysis of the cartographic guidelines in which it was determined which aspects are relevant for the support in the development of the formulation of the PSMV with respect to the methodological guide proposed by the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development and the current regulations, which resulted in a proposed integral guide that complements and facilitates the formulation of plans with viable schedules and in accordance with the needs of each territory in terms of cartography.
