According to the above, the Chicú River basin was chosen because both groundwater and surface water are exploited there. For this reason, the internship is proposed with the aim of identifying actors, institutions and competencies of private and public entities related to the preservation and proper use of water resources in the basin, analysis of inter-institutional interactions and of the population surrounding the Chicú River and formulation of the water resources management model in the basin.Ítem Acompañamiento a la gestión de información de la red de investigaciones Bacatá – ITLeguizamón Romero, Angélica María; Espinosa García, Helmuturing the last 30 years the importance of virtual information mechanisms have taken great strength, for this reason it is necessary to create a web page that shows the trajectory of the BACATÁ - IT research network and the content developed over time. for the same, feeding in turn, the desire of students for the appropriation of research spaces in the university, showing the social commitment that it has and the importance of the territory in different areas of research. That is why, through this work, support is given to the development, organization and systematization of the information necessary for the structuring of the website, which will allow to disclose, among others, all the investigative processes that have been carried out to date , thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of the network.Ítem Acompañamiento a la oficina de asuntos locales del Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte - IDRD en la promoción, diagnóstico y administración de la política pública del deporte, recreación, actividad física, equipamientos y escenarios deportivos y recreativos (DRAFE) Informe final de pasantíaEndo Moreno, Fabián Esteban; Patiño Rojas, Diego Alejandro; Alvarado Torres, Jhon EdissonNext, the internship degree modality is proposed in the District Institute of Recreation and Sport, specifically in the Office of Local Affairs, where support and accompaniment will be provided to diagnose the needs in the different localities that make up the Capital District for the sector of Sport, Recreation, Physical Activity and Scenarios and sports equipment. This support seeks to consolidate and apply the learning acquired during the curriculum of the Sports Administration program, as well as to complete an effective training with this introduction to the working world of the DRAFE sector. There are rules that specify the rights of the community in general, for the topic to be addressed the main ones are: the right to citizen participation, linked to planning and development, the right to sport in all its recreational and competitive manifestations that finally constitute the integral formation of people, and in turn, it is highlighted as an essential purpose of the state the service to the community ensuring effectiveness of the principles and duties enshrined in the constitution. In order to successfully fulfill the chosen degree modality, functions were performed within the office of local affairs of the IDRD, where we actively participated in meetings of councils in localities of the district, in the same way we listened to the needs of the community in relation to the DRAFE sector and in turn the Institute's communications to the community. Another of the functions was to increase citizen participation in the elections to the local Culture and Sports Councils through training and support to citizens who were mostly unaware of the process. The practice inside the office of local affairs, proved to be too productive for our professional training, it allowed us to know the main operation of the institution and how it relates to each of the sectors, as well as the same organization of these sectors that make up the environment managed by the District Institute of Recreation and Sport. We found interesting ways of relating the community with the institution, which is the reason why the Local Affairs Office works, where we constantly observed the importance of each of the meetings, local councils, accountabilities and from there, the importance of citizen participation. The work we accomplished as interns was related to the support to the promotion of public policies and participation in them, as well as a general diagnosis and the beginning of a project that allows us to carry out a long-term work that contributes to the search for a city with identified needs of the sports sector and that through the documentary evidence that will be developed, we can act more effectively. Finally, the internship leaves important lessons for training not only as professionals, but also as individual citizens. The slight fact of knowing the needs of the community, the differences between each of the sectors and that same need to reach each point in different ways, makes them look for strategies in what they have learned during the career to solve these small problems.Ítem Acompañamiento A La Reformulación Del Plan Institucional De Gestión Ambiental (PIGA) En La Contraloría De Bogotá 2016-2020Ricaurte Sandoval, Sergio David; Hidalgo Bolaños, Katherin Danyely; Espinosa García, HelmutThe Contraloría de Bogotá proposed the accompaniment of the Francisco José de Caldas District University with an internship work from the Environmental Management and Public Services unit to determine the progress of the Institutional Plan for Environmental Management (PGI) and the formulation of improvement actions that Compromise in the medium and long term an Environmental Management in terms of its responsibility to the environment.Ítem Acompañamiento a los procesos de gestión ambiental en el Hospital de la Misericordia (HOMI) en el componente de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos (GIRS)De Andreis Diaz, Manoella; Espinosa García, Helmut; Amaya Gonzáles, CindyThe generation of solid waste is perhaps one of the biggest problems and in greater quantity that directly affects the environment and public health. The requirements based on the document are those established by the ISO 14045 standard as a model of support for business development conditions in its environmental component under the standard approach for the LABO DIGITAL company. Where ecoefficiency is evaluated as quantitative management that in turn allows studying the environmental impacts of the life cycle of a system. There, a methodological framework is evaluated as a pillar of development of the evaluation of eco-efficiency to expand the field of action of the product system including services. Environmental processes are documented regarding the use of resources such as energy management, waste disposal, use of water resources, air quality, and noise index. Evidence of environmental behavior based on checklists and business profiles is established to then evaluate the environmental performance of the business, and from there, it starts to formulate improvement actions based on the findings of environmental improvement. The efficient use of resources in Labo Digital, such as water, energy, and elements that go through an industrial process from consumption and then its final disposal, are one of the pillars within the approach of the bio sustainability of the exploited ecosystems, In order to maintain an integral social stability, and with the passage of time, evidence of scarcity and contamination by energy generation and mass consumerism is determined, therefore it is vital to start with a proper planning of tasks for the correct use of the renewable and non-renewable resources with which the company has and makes use of in order to guarantee the sustainable viability of the ecosystems.Ítem Acompañamiento al área técnica de campo en la implementación del software Qual2k para el laboratorio Quimicontrol LTDAAldana Cárdenas, Yessica Natalia; Espinosa García, HelmutIn Colombia and by the Ministry of the Environment, the Decree 3930 of 2010 formulated the guidelines for the management and management of the water resource in the country; Given that according to the norm, one of the most important is to take into account to make the correct order of water currents, is the application and calibration of water quality simulation models.
