Ítem Estrategias de armonización de la estructura urbana con el Humedal Capellanía de la localidad de FontibónCabrera Sierra, José Yamid; Chávez Mora, Ana Patricia; Duarte Nuñez, Erika Xiomara; Botía Flechas, Clara JudythThe worldwide growth population has caused the unplanned expansion of urban areas, a fact that implies the development of housing infrastructure and services that guarantee the satisfaction of the needs of its inhabitants, being this, one of the main causes of deterioration of urban-natural systems. Particularly in Bogotá city, this phenomenon has been systematically affecting wetland ecosystems, whose natural dynamics have been compromised by the considerable decrease in their areas, due in large part to the construction of houses and infrastructure in their surroundings. Such is the case of the Capellanía Wetland, located in the locality of Fontibón, west of the city of Bogotá, wich is part of the Main Ecological Structure of the city and has been designated a RAMSAR Site, where is imperative the formulation of harmonization strategies that promote for the balanced interaction between the environmental and urban structure, focused mainly on the implementation of actions in environmental-social, environmental-economic, environmental-cultural and environmental-political relations.Ítem Estrategia para la resignificación ambiental y cultural del eje ambiental avenida Jiménez: El eje como espacio urbano incluyente.(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Alvarez Figueroa, Rodolfo Humberto; Manosalva Manosalva, Claudia Janneth; Puerto Ortiz, Piedad Cristina; Vasquez Vera, Christyan Humberto; Moreno Aguilar, Ruth MiriamConviene, señalar para comenzar que optamos por desarrollar la investigación en torno del llamado Eje Ambiental, antigua Avenida Jiménez, espacio urbano emblemático del centro histórico de Bogotá, por muy diversas razones: En primer lugar porque en nuestro sentir, ese lugar, no obstante el deterioro en que se encuentra, podría mediante un proceso de recuperación de su historia y su memoria cumplir una importante función ambiental y cultural dentro del contexto del Plan Centro, que como se sabe tiene por objetivo general: busca integrar el centro con la ciudad y la región mediante el mejoramiento de las condiciones urbanas, lo que permitirá incrementar la población mediante el aumento de la oferta de vivienda, impulsar actividades productivas, mejorar la seguridad y preservar el patrimonio culturalÍtem Criterios de interdependencia en los procesos de gestión del riesgo por inundación en la Localidad de Bosa 2016-2020, orientados al desarrollo local sostenibleAreiza Pereira, Karen Viviana; Pulido Moreno, Daniel Andrés; González Valderrama, Laura Andrea; Hernández Peña, Yolanda TeresaRisk management is the social process of planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of permanent policies and actions for the knowledge of risk and promotion of a greater awareness of it (UNGR, 2017), being the Risk due to flooding one of the events of greater relevance due to its level of occurrence and effects, not only in Bogotá, but throughout the world, likewise, flood risk management is one of the important elements in land use planning plans that directly influence development local (Wilches, 1993). This management implies the analysis of the territory from the perspective of social transformation of the physical-geographical space generated by the interactions that occur in it. Similarly, the analysis of the Environment as a dimension of sustainable development is given through the correlation between this and the other dimensions (sociocultural, economic, political and institutional), resulting in the risk management process being considered as a planning tool that aims for the sustainable use and occupation of the territory, considering mainly its operation as a complex system where there are symmetric and asymmetric relationships.Ítem Criterios para la transición agrosostenible de los procesos de producción convencionales del tomate de árbol vereda de Subia-municipio de Silvania 2019-2026Narváez Martínez, Ruddy Karina; Mora Perdomo, Harold Steven; Fino Guerrero, Danilo; Moreno Aguilar, Ruth Miriam; Botía Flechas, Clara JudythThe research in this document is aimed at analyzing the production processes of tree tomatoes in the village of Subia, municipality of Silvania, in the period 2019-2026 with the purpose of identifying and issuing criteria for producers to make a transition between conventional agricultural practices and sustainable practices that are friendly to the environment and the quality of life of the population. The importance of the research is to propose new alternatives that promote the development and care of the environment of all the families of the central Subia trail. Based on the field work carried out, it became evident that in the different farms studied, a large quantity of fertilizers and pesticides are used, which prevent the production of tree tomatoes from being constant, profitable and of good quality. They also announced that they have not received any kind of support from the mayor's office and UMATA, nor have they received any programmes for the implementation of good agricultural practices.Ítem Caracterización del estado de la actividad de aprovechamiento de los residuos sólidos inorgánicos en Bogotá : caso Localidad de Suba - UPZ 71 Tibabuyes, en comparación con el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial - POT de Bogotá.Torres Castiblanco, Lina María; Quintero Agudelo, Angie Catherin; Vanegas Garavito, Sandra Viviana; García Valbuena, César AugustoThe integral management of solid waste -GIRS- has become an important aspect in the formulation of public policies and is part of the commitments acquired by the different territorial entities that allow strengthening the scope of sustainability objectives within the current dynamics. of waste generation. Within this management, the inclusion of the waste utilization activity is given, which has allowed the opening of waste management schemes in an inclusive environment and with a vision towards the circular economy, this by recognizing the potential of use and value. sales of certain materials. This is how the reuse activity becomes a protagonist in the restructuring and construction of public policies for solid waste management, since it enhances the implementation and promotion of alternatives focused on increasing the percentage of reused solid waste, the formalization of recycling aa from the recognition of the Official Recyclers (RO) as organizations, currently recognized as Classification and Utilization Stations -ECASÍtem Propuesta de desarrollo sustentable para la Quebrada Chiguaza en la Localidad de Rafael Uribe Uribe – Bogotá 2024 – 2027Cortes Ovalle, Wilder Freddy; Gómez Hernández, Juan Camilo; Herreño, John Cheilin; Moreno Aguilar, Ruth Miriam; 0000-0002-5119-4840The present work establishes a sustainable development proposal for the Chiguaza stream located south of the city of Bogotá D.C., the stream is part of the Bogotá water system, which feeds the Tunjuelo River basin and in turn that of the Bogotá River, this subaccount of the Tunjuelo River in which the Chiguaza ravine is part, are located in the middle of multiple human activities, the main ones being housing, commerce and industrial-artisanal activities dedicated to the production of clay elements such as brick, tiles and pipes, using processing plants, chircals and ovens, and where the problem of unsustainability that generates deterioration in the ecosystem and affects the quality of life is evident. The document is based on an analysis of the current state (year 2023) in different aspects, such as environmental aspects with the analysis of discharges and polluting loads that contribute to the detriment of water quality, the presence of solid waste, the responsibilities that are granted to the community settled in the nearby perimeter and the obligations of the public and private institutions assigned to the territory of the ravine, recognizing this ecosystem as a subject of law (Bogotá, 2015) and the need for the community and various agents are considered for the analysis of the problem based on recognizing the complex essence of the problem present there. This proposal is essentially based on the development of artistic and cultural activities that seek to strengthen social awareness, as well as the integration of the community and institutions, in this way, the actions carried out by all the agents involved directly and indirectly in the dynamics of the ecosystem and the locality in order to restore it and eliminate the unsustainable conditions present in the stream to gradually achieve the recovery of the ecosystem. Likewise, social, cultural, technical and economic factors are taken into consideration, which support the need to propose this alternative with a focus on participation, the interdisciplinary contribution of the members, and the possibility of execution in the next four years (2024 – 2027) taking into account the government period.Ítem Prácticas agroecológicas para la armonización del patrón de ocupación territorial con la quebrada La Salitrosa, Suba, Bogotá: 2020-2025Loaiza Parra, Pedro Oswaldo; Castillo Castañeda, María Fernanda; Aguado Castaño, Sebastián; Gómez Franco, Angélica Julieth; Hernández Peña, Yolanda Teresa; Hernández Peña, Yolanda Teresa [0000-0002-2846-7273]La Salitrosa Creek, located in the Suba district, is a micro-watershed that belongs to the Bogotá River sub-basin and is the connecting ecosystem between the Cerro and the Conejera Wetland. The pattern of territorial occupation around the ecosystem has not been in harmony with it, it is characterized by irregular, unplanned urbanization and over the flooded areas, so that in the territory there are conflictive scenarios such as the modification of the riverbed, the loss of ecosystem connectivity, the risk of flooding in residential, commercial and agricultural areas, deficient drainage control systems and pollution. With the objective of proposing agroecological practices for the harmonization of the territorial occupation pattern around La Salitrosa Creek in the period 2020-2025, in response to the problems raised, using a mixed methodology, the characterization, analysis and interpretation of the territorial occupation pattern and the agroecological practices in the creek's surroundings were carried out as an alternative to build new ways of relating with the ecosystem in a harmonious manner. The main result was the structuring with the community of such practices, which are focused on the approach of agroecology principles and with the intention of establishing an urban agroecosystem from ecological connectivity, food sovereignty and waste management.Ítem Acciones de aprovechamiento sustentable de las cesiones de la Vereda Chuntame en Cajicá 2018-2028Díaz Garzón, Daniela; Corredor Otavo, María Fernanda; Fajardo Riveros, Carolina Andrea; Moreno Aguilar, Ruth Miriam; 0000-0002-5119-4840The proximity of the municipality of Cajicá to the country's capital has generated growth in the construction of large-scale urban projects. By identifying this phenomenon, a series of actions are proposed for the sustainable use of all the areas that the builders allocate to public space, in accordance with the obligation framed in Law 388 of 1997 and that, according to the analysis carried out, and the interviews carried out with the community are spaces in which it is not possible to develop activities related to the dimensions of sustainable development, these being transversal to human activities since currently these parks have been displaced for the almost exclusive use of the childhood, so we intend to present actions that allow the entire population to recover these areas and make efficient use of them without ignoring the impact of our activities on the environment.Ítem Lineamientos para el mejoramiento de la práctica en la minería tradicional de pequeña escala caso vereda Carrizal municipio de Remedios AntioquiaClavijo Ariza, Angélica María; Cortés Marín, Karen Alexandra; Botia Flechas, Clara JudythThis document contains the research carried out in the village of Carrizal in the municipality of Remedios - Antioquia, on the traditional small-scale mining main source of income for its population. The main objective of this study is to provide technical, environmental and organizational guidelines that will guide all the community players involved in the mining activity so that appropriate technologies are incorporated to make sustainable small-scale mining possible.Ítem Análisis De La Formulación De La Política Pública De Bienestar Animal En El Distrito Capital Desde El Contexto BiocéntricoVarela Montenegro, Adriana; Anaya Aldana, Juan Sebastián; Hernández Peña, YolandaFrom a theoretical count on anthropocentric and biocentric approaches that the tension in the relationship between the concepts of nature, human beings and development as well as discussions on the rights of nature and animals, this degree work aims to analyze the formulation of Policy Protection and Animal Welfare (PPPYBA) undertaken in Bogotá during 2012-2016, through the document review both the national press and newsletter of public institutions, in order to demonstrate the changes that have been institutions with respect to the new paradigms of nature and the tensions which may arise. It was evident that the Administration "Bogotá Humana" denotes a positive change in actions that tend to defend the welfare of animals. Because there is greater recognition by the State in protecting animals and because during this period various actors led changes for animals involved in Bogota.Ítem Elementos estratégicos para la conservación de Cerro Seco, Ciudad Bolívar: desde las visiones sobre desarrollo de los actores sociales entre el 2007– 2017Galindo Rodríguez, Katherine Viviana; Garzón Sánchez, María Alejandra; Sáenz Restrepo, Daniel Esteban; Moreno Aguilar, Ruth MyriamThe present research work seeks to pose strategic elements for the conservation of Cerro Seco as a subxerophytic ecosystem representative of Ciudad Bolívar, which, has not been incorporated within the areas of environmental and historical importance in the processes of territorial ordering, since the planning of the locality and the district has not protected its management and conservation, due to the change in the legal figures that the regulations have given it since 1993 and that has had an impact on the semantic and consequently ecological degradation of the concept of conservation. For this, the research presents, first of all, the description of the visions of the actors on development and conservation; likewise about the cost benefit of conserving the study area, through semi-structured interviews; subsequently, the relationship between the previous visions and the dimensions of sustainability is analyzed, through which the interpretation of the integral utility of conserving Cerro Seco is made and finally strategic conservation elements are formulated, in accordance with Decree 2372 of 2010 , which respond to the different dynamics and development visions of the actors in the territory.Ítem Elementos interdimensionales en la Trasformación Secundaria Sostenible de Madera (TSSM) para la planificación del desarrollo local. Starting from unsustainable interdimensional implications in the development of this activity, interpreting the appropriate tools and elements for sustainability and local development planning to generate their inclusion through a sustainable sociocultural perspective.Ítem Análisis del enfoque del plan de saneamiento y manejo de vertimientos 2007 - 2015 de Bogotá D.C. estrategias para su fortalecimientoGaribello Castro, Jaime Andrés; Peña Rodríguez, Lorena Isabel; Botia Flechas, Clara JudythThis research consists of an analysis of the approach of the Plan of Sanitation and Management of Sewage Water of Bogota D.C. 200 7 - 2015 from the dimensions of the Development present in the same in order to formulate strategies to strengthen the instrument within the framework of Integral Management of Water Resources.Ítem Propuesta de un sistema de información ambiental participativo del ecobarrio la EsmeraldaSánchez Guevara, Erika Katherinne; Peréz Ayure, Jorge Enrique; Zamudio Suárez, Lady Nataly; Espinosa García, Helmut; 0000-0001-9341-3995Econeighborhoods are urban, ecological and sustainable projects that integrate environmental, social, economic and governance dynamics, which promote local development and social cohesion through a sustainable approach, offering environmental solutions and promoting practices around energy efficiency, the conservation of resources, the reduction of the environmental footprint, among other aspects, with the aim of mitigating climate change and improving the quality of life of the inhabitants. Therefore, the objective of this work was to propose a participatory environmental information system of La Esmeralda eco-neighborhood as an instrument of local planning within a territorial intelligence model to contribute to the construction of guidelines for a socio-environmental master plan. Thus, the research was developed through the mixed or qualitative-quantitative research methodology. Firstly, the characterization of La Esmeralda neighborhood was carried out through 4 dimensions of sustainable development, obtaining the state of the art of the eco-neighborhood and the spatial representation of the real scenario. In the second instance, the identification and analysis of local actors was carried out within the framework of territorial intelligence and local environmental governance supported by the MACTOR software, which gave way to a table of social and institutional actors and their competencies within the neighborhood, as well as, the study of the dynamics between them. Subsequently, the visions of the planned territories and the construction of the possible territories were identified, resulting in the proposal of the model of the 10 axes of the econeighborhood, together with the articulation matrix of the axes of the econeighborhood with national and international guidelines, and finally the socio-environmental proposal of the possible territory. Ultimately, the first version of a geographic viewer was built that shows the socio-environmental dynamics of La Esmeralda eco-neighborhood and guides it with the guidelines for the socio-environmental construction of the territory. Therefore, the study created a tool for the use of the neighborhood community and especially for the JAC La Esmeralda with the spatial information compiled from the territory, which will facilitate decision making around the organization and comprehensive management of the neighborhood, supporting the planning and formulation of plans and programs. For its part, the creation of the 10 axes model and implementation of the guide with the guidelines will lead to the achievement of the socio-environmental master plan and the commitments of the ÉcoQuartier.Ítem Estrategias de recuperación del ecoturismo en el Parque Nacional Natural Chingaza en el marco de pandemia - visión 2030Barragán Luque, Lizeth Carolina; Landazábal Pérez, Jair Alejandro; Botia Flechas, Clara JudythTaking into account the implications of COVID - 19 on the ecotourism activities of the Chingaza National Natural Park, the consequences on the dynamics of the Protected Area have been identified and through this document, strategies have been formulated to allow the restoration of ecotourism in the towns of Fómeque, Junín, La Calera and Guasca. Based on the review and compilation of information, the socio-ecological system, the ecotourism actors and the ecotourism planning processes in local development were characterized; subsequently, surveys were conducted with visitors, tourism service operators and the local community, determining the effects of the pandemic on ecotourism, the main effect was the cessation of activities and detecting that there is a great potential with the gradual reopening of the Chingaza National Park. Finally, strategies focused on the vision of the "One Planet Sustainable Tourism" program of the World Tourism Organization - WTO were formulated; based on this vision, three lines of action were considered, thus proposing strategies for the recovery of ecotourism aimed at promoting a sense of ownership of ecotourism, reducing pressure on the natural environment due to ecotourism activities and recovering the focus on community ecotourism, with the intention of consolidating ecotourism as an engine that enables local development in the study area.Ítem Acciones interinstitucionales para incidir en el desarrollo sustentable de la vereda Fátima, localidad de Santa Fe, 2020-2024Cortés Cortés, Erika Estefanía; Beltrán Reina, Gisseth Lorena; Alonso Buenaventura Wendy Jineth; Laiton Sánchez, Diana Carolina Diana Carolina; Moreno Aguilar, Ruth Miriam; Moreno Aguilar, Ruth Miriam [0000-0002-5119-4840]This degree work proposes inter-institutional actions to contribute to the sustainable development of the village of Fátima, starting with the characterization of the actions that the institutions have carried out in the village, to then extract the components and the perception of this qualified action based on unsustainability. . These sustainable inter-institutional actions may be a navigation route for the institutionality to work in an articulated manner and continue to take into account the needs of the Fatimenos to contribute to the sustainable development of the territory under study. In addition, it can be an input when formulating public policies that contribute to the well-being of the rural community located in the adequacy strip of the eastern hills of the city.Ítem Estrategias de incorporación de un banco de hábitat en la Reserva Forestal Regional Productora del Norte de Bogotá D.C. Thomas van der HammenGalán Peña, Sergio David; Hernández Aragón, Diego Felipe; Corredor Bareño, Angie Dayanna; Botia Flechas, Clara JudythHabitat banks or biodiversity conservation are a novel way to achieve sustainable development, as they have the potential to become a significant tool in the development of ecosystem restoration, rehabilitation, recovery and conservation activities and the implementation of pooled offsets; in this way, they combine the protection and rehabilitation of strategic ecosystems with social and economic development. This instrument makes it possible to create or improve environmental values on land and then convert them into credits that can be acquired in the free market. The acquisition of these credits is intended to compensate for the irremediable, significant, and negative impact of projects obliged to balance environmental liabilities, in accordance with the principle of no net loss of biodiversity. However, the scarce and premature Colombian regulatory framework makes it necessary to analyze the potentialities and risks that may arise from its application in areas of high ecological importance such as the Reserva Forestal Regional Productora del Norte de Bogotá D.C. Thomas Van Der Hammen. The TVDH forest reserve, although it is in the rural area of the Capital District, withstands the constant pressure exerted by the urban area with a population of more than eight million inhabitants that shapes the dynamics of land use change. The reserve was created with the aim of rescuing the physical connection of the La Conejera wetland, the Bogotá River, the Cerro de La Conejera, the Guaymaral wetland and the Cerros Orientales through rehabilitation and ecological recovery treatments to strengthen the ecological function of these areas, which will make it the only sector in which the Eastern Hills are structurally linked with the Bogotá River. Currently, the TVDH forest reserve lacks financial and legal mechanisms to implement its current Management Plan (Agreement 21 of 2014 CAR), which includes measures for the restoration, preservation, and sustainable use of land, which have been poorly developed for different causes focused on political interests, power conflicts, planning instruments and land tenure by private parties. However, the reserve has intrinsic characteristics that allow it to have a viability in three fundamental thematic axes for the implementation of a habitat bank in the reserve: (1) environmental technical, (2) normative legal and (3) financial economic. Considering the need to guide the implementation of this mechanism by the different actors involved, strategies are proposed aimed at each of the thematic axes focused on the ecological potential of the reserve, current land use and land tenure, and opportunity cost of land for private landowners according to the environmental zoning of the reserve.Ítem Estrategia ambiental de piscicultura como aporte al desarrollo local sostenible en el municipio de Agustín Codazzi – CesarSoto Amaris, Duber Javier; Coy Verano, UrielThis paper proposes fish farming as an alternative for sustainable development in the municipality of Agustín Codazzi, which is located in the department of Cesar, with the aim of improving the socio-economic conditions of some inhabitants of urban and rural areas, taking into account that it is an area that has been affected by the armed conflict and that is currently among the 170 municipalities prioritized for implementing the Territorial Approach Development Plans – PDET in the country. The formulation of a sustainable local development strategy based on fish farming that was developed in this research work showed that it can be easily integrated with the Municipal Development Plan 2020-2023, the National Development Plan 2018-2022, the 2030 targets of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Basic Land Management Plan. Also to the Fish Farming activity was incorporated the concept of Aquaponia, which consists in taking advantage of the effluents of the ponds to implement vegetable crops, this allows it to be more profitable because of the income that would be obtained by the marketing of these products to be harvested.Ítem El turismo rural comunitario como promotor para el desarrollo local sostenible de la vereda La Puerta del municipio de Tota BoyacáRamos Niño, Jonathan Alejandro; Salazar Elejalde, Dayana; Botia Flechas, Clara JudythThis degree thesis presents an alternative for sustainable local development through the implementation of rural community through the implementation of rural community tourism for the Vereda la Puerta in the municipality of Tota municipality of Tota – Boyacá, in order to overcome the challenges generated by the social, economic and environmental social, economic and environmental dimensions generated by the Covid pandemic 19, considerably affecting tourism activities due to confinements and sanitary measures to mitigate these effects, for which it was proposed to mitigate said affectations with the proposal to articulate rural agricultural activities with the tourist offer, highlighting the landscape, cultural, gastronomic and artisan cultural, gastronomic and handicraft potentials of the territory, with the contribution experiences encountered by researchers during international visits to the countries of Peru, Bolivia and Chile. Consequently, the dynamics of the socio-cultural, economic and environmental dimensions of the Verada were identified, economic and environmental dimensions of the Verada, to later carry out a FODA analysis, that I contribute to the formulation of strategies for the implementation of Rural Community Tourism (TRC), together with the design of experiences that can be Rural Community Tourism (TRC), accompanied by the design of the experiences that could be developed by the community as an alternative to strengthen the local sustainable economy.Ítem Acciones de aprovechamiento sustentable de las zona de cesión de la vereda Chuntame en Cajicá 2018 - 2028Fajardo Riveros, Carolina Andrea; Diaz Garzón, Daniela; Corredor Otavo, María Fernanda; Moreno Aguilar, Ruth MiriamThe proximity of the municipality of Cajicá to the country's capital has generated growth in the construction of large-scale urban projects. By identifying this phenomenon, a series of actions are proposed for the sustainable use of all the areas that the builders allocate to public space, by the obligation framed in Law 388 of 1997 and, according to the analysis carried out, and the interviews carried out with the community are spaces in which it is not possible to develop activities related to the dimensions of sustainable development, these being transversal to human activities since currently these parks have been displaced for the almost exclusive use of the childhood, so we intend to present actions that allow the entire population to recover these areas and make efficient use of them without ignoring the impact of our activities on the environment.
