Ítem Coaching vocal para cantantes: método pedagógico mediante clases personalizadas de canto, nivel I, II (2023)Herrera Molano, Yennifer Andrea; Agudelo Valencia, Maria del PilarThis document arises from the need to find in singing a path of self-knowledge, exploration, and personal growth. It aims for vocal coaching to contribute to the holistic development of singers in the Bogotá scene, providing a deep perspective on vocal technique through personalized lessons. This venture aspires to serve as a precursor to an ambitious vocal pedagogy project that focuses on anatomical technique as a fundamental basis and promotes proper proprioception in singers for significant vocal and personal development. The work includes the necessary elements to implement the Vocal Coaching project under my guidance as an entrepreneurial initiative. It is organized into four chapters that present the methodology, curriculum plan, pedagogical proposal, market study, target audience, and finally, the business model.Ítem Educación emocional y su influencia en la educación musical: análisis de la asignatura Clínica de MetalesVera Araque, Sonia; Agudelo Valencia, Maria del PilarOne of the failures in current music education -in this case, instrumental music education- is to base the teaching of content on obtaining instant results. This, in a way, is an emulation of social behaviors in our times focused on the interest for the final result of the product and not on the value of the processes. As a consequence, dehumanized educational processes are developed that cause disinterest in the emotionality of people and, therefore, of music students. In order to explore this situation, topics related to emotions, their functions, the situations that cause them, the ways of expressing them and the importance of emotional education in the dynamics of teaching in the music classroom were addressed. With them, the case of the subject Clínica de metales (Brass Clinic) of the Musical Arts undergraduate course at the Faculty of Arts ASAB of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas is studied.Ítem Estrategia de marketing digital para la difusión del álbum musical fragmentos de la Banda Ink OfferingCelis Gualteros, David Leonardo; Torres Rodríguez, Valeria; Agudelo Valencia, Maria del PilarIn this degree work we propose a digital marketing strategy to spread the musical album Fragmentos by Ink Offering, in order of that, we were looking at the work the band has been doing, which has been given them acknowledgement by playing on different stages. Also, we make an environment analysis, talk about the current economic status of Colombia, the technological opportunities that exists to spread any content, the legal aspects that are necessary for us to know to carry out the strategy and analyze the cultural and social status of our country. Alike, we show aspects related to industrial sector and the possible market threats that exist in the environment. Also, we analyze three Indie bands that we considered as a competition to Ink Offering. We designed a SWOT analysis, to know the strengths and weaknesses of the band and the opportunities and threats that generates its environment. We mentioned specific objectives and goals that the digital marketing strategy has and the activities to do for seven months (from June to December of 2019).Ítem Estrategia de promoción, difusión y venta digital del disco Uno entre tantos opios del Colectivo Musical Coroncoro la nueva roscaMuñoz Sarmiento, Andres Felipe; Agudelo Valencia, Maria del PilarBased on the album Uno entre tantos opios from the musical collective Coroncoro la Nueva Rosca, a model of promotion, distribution and digital sale is proposed, making it possible to know and understand a viable way to commercialize an independent musical product. For the entrepreneurship proposal the sector where the product will be marketed is studied, some legalities of the music business are also take into account, in order to execute the disc distribution and finally a financial study is made taking into account the expenses total, proposing a projection of goals to be achieved. Being digital platforms the main tools of visibility, promotion, management, interaction and sale, a strategic model is proposed to be developed describing the qualities and actions to be carried out depending on the different options considered for this work. An execution margin for 4 months, indicating the times and actions for each digital platform, specifying the type of content to be distributed, always taking into account the objectives and goals that we want to achieve.Ítem Sistematización de una experiencia coral como propuesta a la mejora del clima laboral de los trabajadores del área servicio en la empresa D'BelenAhumada Llanos, Gustavo Enrique; Agudelo Valencia, Maria del PilarThe formation of choral groups has been a methodology used to work in different contexts that at first glance seem not to be related to music. This thesis is a work that aims to contribute to the improvement of the work environment of the D´Belen company, specifically in the domain of leadership and social relations at work, through the formation of a choral group, with which They work on different activities and strategies necessary for the assembly of a song and that at the same time contribute to improving the three concepts mentioned above. This intervention is divided into six phases, ranging from data collection and analysis to the implementation of the choir as such, generating progressive advances both at the choral level and at the organizational level.
