This work focuses on the recognition of technical interpretative failures that are presented in the symphonic bands of rehearsal repertoires of national music. By means of warm-up exercises, interpretation and one original suite for this ensemble it is suggested to give facilities and aids to directors without professional training and leading these groups. The tools provided in this work reflect the experience acquired as director in the processes of children and youth bands in Cundinamarca and Boyacá, academic studies of symphonic direction in the faculty of arts ASAB and in various master classes, consultancies and festivals with renowned teachers national and international.
