El Chiptune: historia, su abordaje tímbrico desde la guitarra eléctrica y su aplicación y desenvolvimiento en el jazz fusion

This work reports on the origin of chiptune, its context and its development in compositional terms and timbral characteristics. It explores the relationship between music and video game and the key role that technology plays in the development of compositional techniques. Then is described the process of implementing the chiptune on the electric guitar, the use of software and hardware, music creation and experimentaxion who sued the process described, being exposed sound files concerning the experimental and its subsequent completion process. Finally it reports on the current situation of chiptune and hypotheses on the development of new artisitcas proposals in the contemporary context, the role of the artist and the projection of these proposals raised in the art world.
